A 15-Year-Old Dafa Disciple Submits Evidence to the WOIPFG For the Lawsuit Against Jiang

My name is Hua Guang (alias), male, 15 years old, and I live in Henan Province. All my family members practice Dafa and the benefits we have received are beyond description. On July 20, 1999, Jiang ordered the persecution of Falun Dafa and practitioners. All Dafa practitioners in Mainland China have experienced the vicious persecution to different degrees. My family witnessed the persecution, among millions of other families. Here I will present the persecution my family has experienced. I am submitting this evidence to the "World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong," for the lawsuit against Jiang for the crimes committed against my family, my relatives and me.

I obtained the Fa when I was eight years old and a third grade student. Because of my young age, it was not until 2001 when I began to study the Fa diligently and decided to act as a genuine practitioner. Since July and August 2001, I joined the powerful current of clarifying the truth and saving sentient beings. However, the authorities spotted me while I was sending truth-clarification materials to fellow practitioners. Since that time, I was not able to return home. I was only 13 years old at that time. When my elder brother was illegally detained, my mother went to the county detention center to ask for his release. The police were very vicious, "Give me your younger son and I will return your elder son in exchange!" During this persecution, there are no rights for practitioners. All despicable means have been used to persecute Dafa practitioners including longtime detention, extraordinarily high amount of fines, and brutal, physical abuse.

My father went to Beijing twice to appeal since Jiang ordered the persecution of Falun Gong. He was illegally detained for 8 months that first time. He was once again detained when going to appeal for the second time. Since my father did not yield to the evil and went on a hunger strike, he was able to return home [with righteous thoughts]. Later, my father was illegally kidnapped 4 or 5 times while clarifying the truth. During the last time, he was illegally sent to a labor camp for two years. Altogether, my father was kidnapped 6 or 7 times in total.

My mother is a housewife in the countryside. In January 2001, in order to extort money, several policemen in Wutai Town Police Station in Hancheng County illegally broke into my home and kidnapped my mother. Because my mother refused to give them money, they illegally detained my mother for several days and did not let her return home until the eve of the Spring Festival (January 23).

My oldest brother was also forced to stay away from home. When he was clarifying the truth out of town, some bad people reported him to the police, and he was illegally detained for about one year.

When the vicious police broke into my home and kidnapped my father, my second elder brother went up to stop them. The police beat him and kicked him brutally. The police have been to my home to harass, kidnap my family members, and ransack the place many times. They have never followed legal procedures. If we did not open the gate, they just broke in, as if no one lived there.

Due to the numerous detentions of my father and brother, plus my being forced to stay away from home at a young age, my grandmother was in great sorrow and has been in tears ever since. As a result, her glaucoma became worse and she often could not see. Even at such an elderly age, my grandmother has thus suffered enormously both physically and spiritually.

My aunt lives in the city. Although she does not live with us, Jiang's vicious persecution also severely affected her for merely being related to us. The police have kidnapped and detained my father many times, and have extorted all our money and properties (about 20,000 Yuan. The average monthly income in China is 500 Yuan.). However, they did not stop and went on to deceive and harass my aunt many times. Not knowing the truth, my aunt was seriously deluded by all the lies and she asked to break any relationship with my family. Other relatives of my family have also been harmed in different ways.

My family, once happy and harmonious due to our practice of Falun Dafa, is now persecuted by Jiang's regime so severe that my family members cannot even reunite. At the age of 15, I am now deprived of my parents and the privilege of going to school. Even more, during this time period, which Jiang's regime hails as "the best time of China for human rights," a 15-year old child has become the victim of reckless police kidnapping and pursuit. Right now, I have been forced to leave home for about two years. In China, is there any law or human rights?!

Above are the facts of the persecution that my family and I have experienced. Here, I want to submit my story for the lawsuit against Jiang. I hope the "World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong" will investigate this, gather evidence, and bring Jiang to justice.
