When his health had slightly recovered, he was again detained and remains there till this day.

Yi Sixiu	F	59	Baomiao Village, Longfeng Town				Detained after she was brutally beaten by Li Yijun and Huang Jiemin from Longfeng town on December 30, 2001; detained for one month after being brutally beaten in February 2002 for appealing; again detained for one-half months for no reason. In June 2002, she was detained once again. Shortly after she was released, she was arrested and remains detained till the present.
