The loss of his son did not wake him up to what he was doing and he continued his evil ways. A few months later, his youngest son, whom he had managed to transfer to the Power Supply Station of Hengshui using his influence, also died in a traffic accident.

In the Jia Village, Botou, Hebei Province, a team of people was tearing down a house for a farmer, when someone picked up a Falun Gong flyer. They started talking about it from various viewpoints. Two of the people slandered Falun Gong viciously. Three days later, the east side of the house suddenly collapsed, crashing in on those same two people. One of them received a broken leg, while the other suffered a broken jaw and stitches on his lips. He couldn't move his mouth and had to be fed through a tube for several days.

A farmer in the Lingtun Village of Botou often erased truth-clarifying statements about Falun Gong on the wall. Others had advised him not to do that, but he wouldn't listen and said he was not afraid of karmic retribution. As a result, one day this able-bodied farmer suddenly collapsed and died.
