Dafa Practitioner Song Xingguo from Hebei Province Tortured to Death at the Handan City Forced Labor Camp
(Clearwisdom.net) In October 2002, Dafa practitioner Song Xingguo from Cangzhou City, Hebei
Province was transferred from the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp to the
Handan City Forced Labor Camp. At that time, his left arm was already broken due
to brutal beatings by guards at Shijiazhuang. In early November 2002, he was
