(Clearwisdom.net) Qin Shuyan, female, 59, was a resident of Wangzhao New Residential Area in the Dongli District of Harbin City, Heilongjiang province. Since Qin Shuyan was steadfast in cultivating Falun Dafa, she was illegally arrested in late April of 2002, sentenced to a forced labor term and detained at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp. During her detention, the camp officials brutally tortured her until her body became very weak, then she was released on bail for medical treatment. She was still monitored while serving the remainder of her sentence as she underwent treatment. She died after 3 months. Further investigation is needed for more details.
