Belgium: European Practitioners Peacefully Appeal in front of the Chinese Embassy

On April 25 2003, Dafa practitioners from Belgium, Holland, and Germany held a peaceful appeal in front of Belgium's Chinese Embassy.

The appeal began at midday with a press conference. Letters of support were read out from Members of the European Parliament and the Belgian Parliament. Falun Gong Practitioner Wang Xianghe, who lives in the Netherlands, spoke about how the Jiang regime has severely persecuted her family, solely because they are Falun Gong practitioners.

The Jiang regime has been brutally and unjustly persecuting Falun Gong for four years. This oppression is known to people all over the world. Those with a sense of justice and conscience are condemning this vicious persecution. The "April 25 1999 Event" is an historical record of a magnificent feat by a group of kind-hearted and upright people who persisted in peacefully safeguarding the supreme principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance in the face of vicious persecution.
