Falun Dafa practitioner Liu Xiaodong lives in Hailun City, Heilongjiang Province. When the police arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Han Huangang, they retrieved Liu Xiaodong's home number from Han's pager. The police from Hailun Police Department arrested Liu and tortured him until he was near death. Liu was then sent to a hospital. Even after one month, Liu remains in the hospital and the police still try to keep information about him from being leaked out. Liu's mother has also been taken away.

Liu's brother, who is not a practitioner, took his camcorder and attempted to record the injuries to be used as evidence when he saw Liu was injured and bleeding all over his body as a result of torture. The police found out and in fear of being exposed, grabbed the camcorder and viciously beat Liu's brother, who remains under police custody.

Liu's sister-in-law, who is also not a practitioner, upon seeing her husband was viciously beaten by the police, stepped in to stop them. She, too, was unlawfully taken away by the police and remains in custody.

It was learned on March 13, that the police in Harbin City had established checkpoints on the Songhuajiang Highway Bridge to capture Falun Dafa practitioners. The police were fully armed while searching all the vehicles that passed by. The police interrogated each passenger as to whether he or she practices Falun Gong.

At least 10 Falun Dafa practitioners, including Yu Xunrong (from Ba'nan District), Tian Yifeng and others, are currently unlawfully held in the Strict Supervision Group of the No. 4 Brigade at Maojiashan Women's Forced Labor Camp. Yu Xunrong has been undergoing severe persecution in the Strict Supervision Group since May 13, 2002.

A list of some of the police officers in the No. 4 Brigade who are responsible for the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners is as follows:

Head of the No. 4 Brigade: Gao Ding (male).
Head of the No. 4 Brigade: Wu Chunmei (female), whose badge number is 5032112.
Head of the No. 2 Regiment in the No. 4 Brigade: Ai Xiaorong, whose badge number is 5032077.
Policewomen of the No. 4 Brigade: Liang Qi, Pang Ling, He Zhongling, three officers whose names are not known but have badge numbers 5032055, 5032050, 5032121, and etc.

Ms. Li Dongmei was taken away by the police while she was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong in early March 2003.

Li Chunbin and his wife were forced out of their home by the police. They moved from place to place for quite some time. Recently, Mr. Li was arrested in Nanjing by police officers headed by Han Ming and taken back to Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. Mr. Li is being unlawfully held in the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center in Lanzhou City.

On the evening of February 25, 2003, informers spotted Li Haoqiang while he was distributing materials that present the facts of Falun Gong in Xintang area of Tianhe District in Guangzhou City. When the police arrived, they placed him under arrest.

At around 1:00 p.m. October 21, 2002, Liu Xiuying (female, 50-year-old, from Hunan Province) and Zeng Xiaoling (female, about 28-year-old, from Hunan Province) were arrested in the Tonghe area of Baiyun District in Guangzhou City. They are both being held in the Education Section of the Guangzhou Chatou Forced Labor Camp. Both have been unlawfully sentenced to 2 years of forced labor.

Since February 25, 2003, Yang Jibo has engaged in the frenzied persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. He has unlawfully sent over 100 Falun Dafa practitioners in Guangzong County to the county detention center and the brainwashing center in Xingtai City, Henan Province. He also unlawfully arrested the deputy chief of the police department Xing Gengying, who doesn't practice Falun Gong but was often at odds with him, fabricating a charge that he practiced Falun Gong.

On March 15, 2003, Tan Xianfu was arrested by officers from the Qiaoxicheng Police Station in Fanyu City while distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials at Fanyu City in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
