Germany: Overseas Chinese Come to Know the Truth

"Tell me when you are going to the Embassy to do the meditation, then I'll be with you."

When I told two Chinese people in Munich about the facts, they said: "Where is a practice site? We also want to learn. Do you have the book Zhuan Falun [The main text of Falun Gong]? Could you lend it to us to have a read?" I gave the copy of Zhuan Falun which I had with me to them, which made them quite happy. One of them went away due to some business, while the other one went on listening to me. When he saw the photo of Yuan Jiang, our fellow practitioner having been persecuted to death, his face became more serious. He said slowly: "I know him. He worked in the LanZhou Tele-Communication Department." While I told him about Yuan Jiang's experience, he couldn't help being sad and angry, tears in his eyes, and said seriously: "Tell me when you are going to the Embassy to do the meditation, then I'll be with you."

When giving out leaflets in the city centre of Munich, I met a Chinese person who was living and working there. It was cold but he seemed to be waiting for me. After he saw the title of the newspaper I gave to him " The World Needs Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance", he nodded frequently, saying: "These three words are so good, really very good. Yes, human beings need Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance, the world needs Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance. I only knew Truthfulness and Compassion before, but I didn't know there should also be Forbearance. That's so good." We talked for a long time and he asked me many questions, from which I could tell that he'd already been pursuing the Truth [Meaning seeking the true meaning of life] for a long time in his life. I picked out two articles from Essentials for Further Advancement by Master Li which I had with me and read them to him. He listened very carefully, and became more and more excited, and then he took the book and read it by himself, saying: "My Goodness, I didn't know it before. This book is so great that it should be translated into every language in the world, to let people all over the world know it. Have you started to do the translation? How come the author of the book knows everything? Sakyamuni, LaoZi, and Jesus's book can be read for thousands of years, and nowadays people are still reading them. After them we have never seen this kind of book again. Books now are so shallow that they are normally forgotten after one or two years. But this book will be the same kind of book as Sakyamuni, LaoZi, and Jesus's after thousands of years. I believe that it will be read for thousands of years."
