On March 27 of 2003, Haidian District Court of Beijing City illegally sentenced Tan Shouli, Xu Xueqin (female), Kou Guihuan (female), He Xinping, Zhou Zi (female), Liang Zhansheng, Wang Pu, Xu Jing (female) to jail terms ranging between 3.5 and 10 years.

Some of these practitioners had already been illegally detained for one year and others even for more than a year. In May 2001 she was forced to become homeless to avoid arrest and further persecution.

On March 27, 2003, she was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison by Haidian District Court.
