In late July 2002, the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp established an "intensive training" brigade to specifically persecute Falun Gong. Thus, the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp started another round of violent persecution against Falun Dafa practitioners. The head of the conspirators include policemen Gu Zhenshan, Shi Yingbai, Wu Hongxun, Zhao Yuqing, Yao Fuchang, Zhang Bo, Wang Zhonghua, Li Changjie, Guan Jie, Wu Baoyun and Wang Enguang, etc. The female criminals inmates who beat Falun Dafa practitioners include Bai Xuelian, Hu Wei, Wang Cui, Shao Jing and Hu Meiling, etc. Several of them have been "rewarded" with an early release for the beating of practitioners. The other collaborators [former Falun Gong practitioners who have gone astray due to brainwashing and torture] include Li Xianmei, Liu Hongyu, Chen Jie, Zhao Dongyan, Cai Zhifu and Xu Fengping.

Falun Gong practitioners receive physical punishment upon their arrival at the camp. They are forced to squat with both hands behind their back until they cannot hold it any longer and some give in by writing the "three statements" [The so-called "Repentance Statement", "Guarantee Statement" and "Dissociation Statement."] Sixty-year-old Ms. Li Yuhua and twenty-year-old Ms. Ma Lida have been forced to squat for 11 days (from 5:30am to 12:00am or longer). Then, the policemen put them in the "Big Hang" position of "Riding An Airplane" with only toes touching the ground or "Tearing The Body Limb From Limb". Both policemen Zhao Yuqing and Yao Fuchang used electric batons to shock them; the criminals physically beat and kick them. Ms. Li Yuhua lost consciousness the first time she was forced to be hung in the Big Hang position. After being taken down, she was detained with seven other Falun Dafa practitioners (Ms. Pan Xuanhua, Ms. Xu Lihua, Ms. Ma Xinying, Ms. Yao Fengjie, Ms. Zhang Zhifang, Ms. Zhao Fengyun and Ms.Yu Guizhi). They were very weak at that time. Later, she was severely tortured again by other methods with the practitioners from the Seventh Division.

Ms. Pan Xuanhua was sent to the Wanjia Labor Camp for the second time. She has been subject to various kinds of torture including session that happened on June 21, 2001. At present, she is being tortured severely. She cannot talk and needs support while walking. Ms. Yu Guizhi has been forced to be in the Big Hang position seven times. Her face is covered with dark bruises from the dried blisters. Falun Dafa practitioner Ningbo from Harbin City lost consciousness from being forced to hang in the Big Hang position. The policeman Wu Hongxun requestd a doctor from the police unit check whether she was conscious. He said, "It's ok that she is still breathing, even if she dies, it's fine." He tied her to the steel chair with her head drooped over. He thought she was pretending to be unconscious so he used a rope and tied her head to the chair. Practitioner Ms. Chen Yali had conducted a hunger strike for more than a month when she was sent to the Wanjia Labor Camp for the second time, the policemen ignored her weak condition and forced her to hang in the Big Hang position which made her defecate and urinate in her pants.

There are about four policemen in each squad of Division Seven. Each one is cruel toward practitioners. They use handcuffs, electric batons, steel chairs and physically force Falun Dafa practitioners to wear prison clothes and name tags. They are forced to report their number and perform drills, and recite the labor camp rules and then forced to write the "Three Statements". Practitioners can be seen being cuffed to steel chairs and beaten up. From a distance, one can easily hear the sound of electric batons sizzling and crackling inside the jail cell with sounds of the policemen verbally abusing and interrogating practitioners. The screams of practitioners can be heard sometimes.

A majority of the estimated hundred Falun Dafa practitioners who were detained at Division Seven have been violently persecuted. Many have been taken to small cells to be severely beaten. A practitioner, Ms. Zhu Chunrong, have been beaten and hung up many times. Her face is covered with bruises, and her body has been blistered from the electric shock, she can barely hold her hands to eat.

Ms. Luo Hongyan have electric shock marks covering her body. She has been taken to the hospital for scratching the blisters on her body which resulted from the electrocution and has been injected with an intravenous drip. She couldn't go to the dining room. When the policeman shocked her with electric batons, she didn't give in. Several electric batons used on her have stopped charging. After the policemen learned that she was unmarried and single, he said shamelessly, "We have a way to treat young females." A policeman grabbed her breasts twice when she was being hung up.

Ms. Song Ruixiang was tortured in the Big Hang position, a policeman put a steel chair on her back and continuously shocked her with electron batons for four hours!

To force her to write the "Three Statements", the policemen tied Ms. Liu Xiuqing, a 65-year-old professor from Normal University, onto the steel chair and poured cold water from her head down over her body before they shocked her with electric batons. When the policemen forced Falun Gong practitioners to write the "Exposing and Criticizing Statement," the practitioners would either refuse to write anything, or they would write statements to expose the evil and clarify the truth about Falun Dafa. As a result, the policemen would again violently torture them. After being forced to watch the propaganda materials which was shown daily, the practitioners who spoke the truth or those who kept silent were beaten. The policemen forced Falun Dafa practitioners to lie and swear at others. A policeman, Wang Enguang, monitored the practitioners with an electric baton in his hand and said, "If you don't follow what the government says, you will be in trouble!"

Shortly after the Sixteenth Party Congress, the policemen tried to force us to defame Falun Dafa, we refused. As a result, all of us were punished and forced to squat for a long time. We were not allowed to go to the bathroom until midnight.

In mid November 2002, the labor camp received questionnaires about the result of the brainwashing from the Department of Juridical Administration. The majority of Falun Dafa practitioners made statements of our true thoughts and the police exerted another round of persecution. On November 26, 2002, collaborators Li Xianmei, Zhao Dongyan and Liu Hongyu wrote slanderous words on the blackboard to force us to read, we refused. Some of us were punished and forced to squat for a long time, some were dragged and tortured by being hung up in the "Tearing The Body Limb From Limb" position including Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Cheng Wenting, Ms. Tang Shuying and Ms. Xu Lihua. The policeman Li Changjie continuously slapped Ms. Cheng Wenting's face hard while he dragged her out of the room.

These defaming words have been added into the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp Rules. Falun Dafa practitioners were forced to recite them before sleeping every night. On the 2003 New Year's party, collaborator Li Yefen wrote a piece to praise the cruel officers, reversing right and wrong. Policeman Zhao Yuqing made a copy. The policemen and collaborators forced all the Falun Gong practitioners detained in the intensive training brigade to sign on it.

In the intensive training brigade, the policemen separated the Falun Dafa practitioners into two groups including incoming and outgoing group. The incoming group used violence to get signatures for the "Three Statements". The outgoing group used the extended terms from labor education-rehabilitation-labor reformation to threaten the practitioners whose terms were nearly complete. They were punish the practitioners by forcing them to sit on small stools until midnight.

The persecution continues on a daily basis. Each place where there is not any justice is considered as an "advanced unit"and all the cruelest officers received bonuses for their efforts in persecuting practitioners.
