Ms. Xu Guiqin Died from Forced Drug Injections in the No. 1 Female Labor Camp in Shandong Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Xu Guiqin, female, 38, lived in Taian City, Shandong Province and was an employee of the Dahe Cotton Mill. She was illegally arrested by police in January 2001. She was sent to the No. 1 Female Labor Camp in Jinan City, Shandong Province where she was illegally detained for one year. During this time, she was brutally beaten, tortured and subjected to slave labor. Two days before she was released, she was brutally beaten again because she refused to give up her belief, and the guards forcibly injected her with four bottles of drugs that damage the central nervous system. After returning home, Xu Guiqin's nervous system failed and she passed away nine days later on November 7, 2002 of Chinese lunar calendar [December 9, 2002].

Before Xu Guiqin obtained the Fa, she was often sickly and could not regularly go to work. She suffered from severe and painful arthritis and had difficulty walking. In 1998, she began practicing Dafa and she quickly recovered and all of her illnesses disappeared. Her life was filled with hope.

After Jiang's villainous group began attacking Dafa, she clarified the truth to people using her own experience. She made diligent progress according to the three things required by Master. In February 2001, she clarified the truth and distributed truth clarification flyers as she sold fruit in the market. She was reported to police; they illegally arrested her and sent her to the No. 1 Female Labor Camp in Jinan City, Shandong Province where she was detained for one year. In the labor camp, she was brutally tortured. She was forced to stand for a long time, brutally beaten, not allowed to sleep; she was forced to bend her body at a 90 degree angle and to work for an extended period of time. Once, section chief Wang lied and said, "Whoever is truly practicing Falun Gong walk to the other side, then you can enjoy the freedom of practicing and studying the Fa without interference." Xu Guiqin stepped over, and as a result, she was brutally beaten by Wang. She passed out and was in a miserable state. She was brutally beaten many times afterwards.

During the illegal detention, she persisted in her belief. Two days before her release, chief Wang tried to force her to write a guarantee statement but she firmly refused. Wang asked if she would still practice Falun Gong, and Xu Guiqin said, "Yes." with determination and she condemned Wang for his vicious behavior. Wang brutally beat her for several hours until she was covered with bruises and her body was black and blue. In order to cover up their crimes, the guards forcibly injected Xu Guiqin with four bottles of drugs that are detrimental to the central nervous system, which caused dizziness, swelling of facial tissues, hardness of the tongue, numbness of body parts, anorexia and severe memory deterioration. When her family picked her up, the guards said, "Watch out for her and don't let her go by herself, or her life will be at risk." Upon returning home, Xu Guiqin gradually descended into failure of her nervous system and she passed away nine days later on November 7, 2002 of Chinese lunar calendar [December 9, 2002].
