(Clearwisdom.net May 17, 2003) On May 13 2003, Dafa practitioners from all
over Sweden gathered at King's Garden in the center of Stockholm to celebrate
World Falun Dafa Day. King's Garden was extraordinarily busy on that day and
bustled with an exciting festive atmosphere.
A blue banner with the golden characters "Falun Dafa
Day" was hung in front of the Garden's stage. Decorated by the bright
sunshine and colorful balloons, the banner was radiating and very eye-catching.
Large display boards, depicting the beauty of Falun Dafa and the horrifying
nature of the Jiang regime's persecution, were left beneath the cherry trees
near the fountain and there were information desks where Dafa leaflets and
Video-CDs in various languages were freely available. Many people came over to
ask for Dafa materials and to talk to practitioners.
A group of youths in the park came along and sat down to
practice the sitting meditation exercise with the practitioners. Curious
children also stayed around the stage and were reluctant to leave as
practitioners demonstrated the 5 sets of exercises.
