Sweden: Collecting Signatures and Clarifying the Truth in Gothenburg (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) The local government of Biskopsg rden declared May
16th 2003 as Biskopsg rden Falun Dafa Day. To let more people know the facts
about the persecution of Falun Gong, and the illegal arrest and detention of
Swedish Falun Gong practitioner Mrs. Pirjo Svensson in Thailand, practitioners in Gothenburg
held some group activities in Biskopsg rden. The activities included a petition
signature collection and talking to people individually to let them know the
facts. Many people who already knew about Falun Dafa went to sign the petition
of their own accord, while others came to talk with practitioners. One restaurant owner is very supportive of Falun Gong. He half jokingly said
to his customers, "All customers who have a meal in this restaurant should
sign their names for the Falun Gong practitioners' appeal for the release of
