Former Director of the Gansu Province Police Department Receives Karmic Retribution and Dies in a Boating Accident

retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions,
is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic
of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe
will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such
as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated
another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet
due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a
compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit
wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely
"following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held
responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of
wrongdoing may they escape retribution.] Former Director of the Gansu Province Police Department Dies in a Boating
Accident The provincial officials in Gansu Province have followed Jiang's regime to
persecute the good people who practice
"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance". They are responsible for the
deaths of nineteen Falun Gong practitioners, including Yuan Jiang. Zhao Shicong was the former Director of the Police Department Office of Gansu
Province. He was promoted to Assistant
Secretary General of the Provincial Government, and would have been promoted
again to Director of the Political and Judiciary Committee. On the way back from
a sightseeing trip to Chengdu, his boat capsized, and he drowned in the Bailong
River. A Collaborator in Fushun, Liaoning Province Receives
Retribution for Bad Deeds Chen Guifeng is a forty-year-old resident of Toudaobu Village, Yongling Town,
Xinbin County, Fushun City of Liaoning Province. In 2000, Chen was brainwashed
in the Wujiabao Education Camp of Fushun, and turned against Dafa. Under the Education
Camp's coercion, threats and false promises, she had actively helped the police
persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. The methods she used to abuse practitioners
were extremely cruel, for example, pinching, beating, kicking, and whipping them
with a leather belt soaked in cold water for extra pain. The practitioners whom
she had beaten were left with wounds all over them. Chen and two other
collaborators, Feng Hui and Lu Min, cooperated with policemen to escalate the
torture of practitioner Tang Tierong. Tang finally lost consciousness and
couldn't get up any more. On the next day, Tang died from the abuse. Chen has also slandered Falun Dafa and Teacher. After
Chen was released from the Camp, local practitioners have on many occasions
sternly warned her to give up evildoing. However, she refused, and slandered Teacher and Dafa in brainwashing
sessions and in front of Dafa practitioners. Eventually, she received karmic retribution for her deeds. After Chen stayed over at a friend's
home on November 19, 2002, her friend found her dead the next morning. May 10, 2003
