(Clearwisdom.net) I am a practitioner from Dalian City. At the end of 2000, I was arrested and sentenced to two and half years of forced labor camp because I posted materials telling the truth about Falun Dafa. I was tortured brutally at this labor camp called the Dalian Reform School. In March 2001, they hospitalized me.

Again on the morning of April 22, 2002, as my children were opening the door to go to school, a gang of policemen stormed into our house. Without presenting any ID or warrant they began arresting people and ransacking our home. They took all our materials related to Falun Dafa, our money, bankbook, cell phone, etc. They only left behind clothes. The total worth of everything they looted was over 100,000 Yuan. They took every penny that we practitioners had, including the money we had laboriously saved to make truth-clarifying materials.

Both my husband and I were arrested and subjected to torture in the Nansha Police Station for two days. We were both very firm and the police were unable to get any information out of us. They could do nothing but send us to the Dalian Detention Center. In the detention center I began a hunger strike to protest the illegal persecution and sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil. After 40 days they released me without charging me. My husband however is still in the detention center. He was secretly sentenced to 12 years in prison. At one point he was sent to Wafangdian brainwashing class. A few days before spring festival he was sent to the Dabei Prison in Shenyang City.

On July 10, 2002 I was once again abducted from my home. I stood firm and refused to cooperate with the police so they resorted to picking me up and carrying me into the police car to take me to Dalian Reform School. The reform school did not want to accept me at first, but because the Nansha police insisted they took me. I continued to refuse to cooperate with the evil. As punishment they put me into a small cell and tortured me. They hung me onto a metal post with both of my hands stretched to opposite directions, and only my toes touched the ground. My arms were pulled in opposite directions as far as they could stretch out. Sweat rolled down my arms. Police ordered criminals to beat and threaten me in an attempt to have me recant my belief in Falun Dafa. On the third day, I was even more steadfast in my belief so they tortured me even more viciously. They tied my upper body and arms to a post. They also tied my right leg to the post, and then dragged my left leg forcibly away from the right leg as far as possible, so that both of my legs were almost in a line. They beat my entire body with a baton. They kicked and stabbed at my genital area with a mop handle, violently grabbed my breasts, poured chili pepper water into my eyes, and smeared feces into my mouth. They used every disgusting means they could think of. The rope they used to tie me dug into my flesh. They beat my feet until they became completely black and blue and started to experience vaginal bleeding. They left me hanging for three days and three nights, and refused to let me use the washroom. Many steadfast Dafa practitioners were tortured by these various torture methods in an attempt to have them recant their belief.

Zhang Xiaoli, who is 26 years old, was also detained in a small cell and tied to the metal bars. On a very hot day in July she was forced to put on a hood that was tightly wrapped around her entire head and caused her face to swell up. The police forbade her from washing herself. To protest she went on a hunger strike. Police force-fed her and tortured her further with various instruments. They forbade her to sleep and forced her to stand the entire day.

Man Chunrong is more than 50 years old. She was tortured by various cruel methods in the Dalian Reform School. She refused to cooperate with the evil in any way. They tied her to the bed boards. They withdrew one of the 4 boards, leaving only boards under her shoulder, buttocks and feet. Below the boards was a basin into which she was expected to eliminate herself. She went on a hunger strike and was savagely force-fed and injected with some sort of fluid. They charged her 20 Yuan for a bottle of the fluid they forcefully injected her with. Her tormentors dipped a q-tip into urine and rubbed it in her mouth (two of the criminals, Gao Binling and Hu Shuying, who were used by the reform school officials to torture practitioners have been released).

On the fifth floor of Dalian Reform School they conduct brainwashing classes. The guards use mental and physical torture in an attempt to have steadfast practitioners recant their belief.

Four policewomen beat a 50-year old Dafa practitioner in a brainwashing class. The practitioner remained steadfast in her belief and was taken to a small cell and forced to stand for six days and nights and forbidden to sleep. Because they could not force her to waver in her belief they took her to the third floor and forbade her to sleep for an additional three days and three nights.

Another form of torture they use in the reform school includes long hours of heavy forced labor. They force practitioners to start work at 7 am and go until 10 pm. If they cannot finish the task they are forced to continue until 1 to 2 in the morning. The next day they are forced to get up and work the same hours. The bags they have to haul around are 80 kilograms. Even the elderly practitioners in their 50s and 60s and the disabled are not spared. One elderly practitioner was so tired that he vomited blood.

This is only what I witnessed personally. I cannot even begin to imagine what other horrible deeds are committed against practitioners.
