Recently, Li Ziran and Wang Ping went to Pingjiang County to clarify the truth about Dafa and were arrested by police from the Pingjiang Police Department. Liu Hongwen, from Fenlukou, asked Falun Dafa practitioners in the Town of Caisanghu for Teacher's articles, and then reported them to the police. The police illegally arrested practitioners Zhang Muxiang, Li Runtian, and Hu Heping.

Around May 16th, female practitioners Yang Jinxia and Zhou Qianrong returned from Beijing and Chongqing respectively after visiting their families, and were illegally arrested by the police from Chengdu City's "610 Office" and the Wangjiang Police Station of the Wuhou Police Branch.

On the afternoon of May 8th, Liu Yuanzhong and Guo Suhua, from the security section of Baihuatan Park, along with police from Caotang Police Station, illegally arrested a Falun Dafa practitioner in Baihuatan Park.

In early May, Zhou Hanmei and Li Suqiong, the female staff of Sichuan Water and Electricity Beauru, were illegally arrested when they returned to their hometown in Jingyan County, Leshan City. The police detained them for clarifying the truth about Dafa.

Recently, the police from Fangshan Police Branch arrested Xu Yunping and may be holding her at the Fangshan Detention Center. We hope practitioners can help rescue her, clarify the truth to the police, and suffocate the evil. Fangshan Detention Center holds many practitioners from other areas who went to Beijing to validate Dafa.

The police arrested Wang Wenyang for flying a hot-air balloon with a Dafa banner. We heard that they were going to sentence her to 2 - 4 years of detention.

On May 21, 2003, the police arrested Quan Peijian and his wife. We do not know their whereabouts.

On May 15, 2003, the police from Xingda Police Station in Zhuanghe City destroyed a Dafa materials site and illegally arrested Yang Lijian. Other practitioners escaped, and were forced to become homeless to avoid being persecuted. The police then seized Yang's home and arrested his mother Liu Jinfeng, who is also a practitioner. They confiscated equipment worth more than 20,000 Yuan^*. On May 17th, without warrants, the police broke into several residences searching for practitioners. The local residents all angrily said, "What kind of world is this?"

We would like to remind all fellow practitioners who are making Dafa materials, no matter how busy you are, you must study the Fa with a calm heart. You can only do the work for Dafa after you secure your Fa study. When you become busy with the work, you may think that you should take this period as special and study the Fa after this period has passed. If you think this way the evil is likely to take advantage of your loopholes. We have learned many lessons about this. Therefore the practitioners at the materials production sites should remind each other of this. The site should be operated only when the practitioners' overall situation is stable. If you see any practitioners who can not secure his/her study of Dafa or does not have a stable status, you should remind him/her to stop doing the work and stabilize their situations. Otherwise, or if you feel embarrassed to point this out to him/her, you are not being responsible to fellow practitioners and may cause damage to Dafa and practitioners.

Moreover, practitioners' cooperation as a whole body is very important. Practitioners should do Dafa work consciously and wisely. Those who make Dafa materials should pay attention to the overall progress and pace, and arrange the work reasonably throughout different periods. In every circumstance, we should do the work methodically and in an orderly manner. We should not disrupt the time for studying the Fa and doing the exercises whenever there is an urgent task. The practitioners who distribute Dafa materials should not put too much pressure on those who produce materials, so that the site will have the flexibility to adjust the work schedule.

Han Lihua, a 54 year old retired female from the nursery of the Sixth Oil Factory lived in Qingsi Residential District. At 7:40 a.m. on April 22, 2003, eight people from her former work unit, the "610 Office," and the local police station, forcibly arrested her at her home. At that time Han Lihua was in her pajamas. Her family members were not aware of her arrest.

Around the time of Spring Festival, Wang Yuxiu was illegally arrested and is currently being detained at the Dabei Prison in Shenyang. Wang was arrested earlier but escaped using righteous thoughts. She had been homeless to avoid persecution and was producing Dafa materials in another area.

Dabei Prison is located at the northeast corner of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It is a general name for several provincial jails including Liaoning Female Prison and Shenyang 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th Prison. The Second Prison is the main focus among these jails where most of the illegally sentenced Dafa practitioners of Liaoning Province are being detained.

At least 12 practitioners were illegally sent to forced labor camps for presisting in practicing Falun Gong. They included Xiao Guoan, Fang Xiaozhong (female), Huang Yizhu, Xiao Jinqing (female), Liu Biliang, Li Hanmei (female), Wang Dancong, Wang Zeyu, Liu Guoying, Yi Lidong (female), and Wang Wantao (female). A female practitioner from another area was illegally sentenced in Anhua. They sent all male practitioners to the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp and all female practitioners to the Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Zhuzhou. During Feburary and March of 2001, a practitioner over 50 years old, Zhou Heliang, from the Town of Xianxi, was beaten to death.

The Longyan "610 Office" recently informed all "610 Offices" and work units in its affiliated counties and cities to prepare for another round of persecution in order to increase the so-called transformation rate.
