Guo Jianguo, the Director General of Prison Administration Bureau and vice director of the Judicial Department of Liaoning Province, followed Jiang's gang and persecuted Dafa practitioners madly. 1. The Party Secretary of Law and Political Committee in Liaozhong County, Xu Baojin persecuted Falun Dafa and Falun Dafa practitioners. Falun Dafa practitioners attempted to persuade him to stop these actions many times in vain. He was hit by a car and died in October 2002.

3. Liu Weihong, a Party Secretary in Liaozhong County, reported to the police department the actions of Falun Dafa practitioners and was actively involved in their arrest. Liu was arrested for corruption in April 2003.
