Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province: Corrupt Officials Receive Retribution

(Clearwisdom.net)

1.Jiang Yanling is the vice chief of the Cuiluan Police Station, Cuiluan District in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province. He is responsible for arresting and persecuting practitioners. Since July 20, 1999, he has persecuted practitioners frequently. He has used the persecution as a means to gain fame and profit, and to earn promotions from his superiors. He has treated practitioners as though they were sought-after criminals, and monitored and arrested them. He has even persecuted the family members of the practitioners under the implication policy [in ancient Chinese feudal society, an "implication law" called for all of person's family members and friends to be punished if that person had violated the law. The punishment ranged from exile to execution of entire families]. Now Jiang is diagnosed with diabetes. He can't work or function normally.

2.Ou Shuling is a 60-year old male. In April 2002, when Guan Shuyun in Meiqi District, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province attempted to frame Falun Gong with false evidence, Ou appeared on CCTV's "Focal Reports" and defamed Falun Dafa. Not long after, he was diagnosed with a stroke. He still can't take care of himself, and has to rely on his family's help.

Editors' Note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would've been different.
