Improper Actions of the Police in Dashiba Police Station of Jiangbei District in Chongqing City

Peng Hongbin, male, 34, former police chief from Dashiba Police Station, has participated in kidnapping Falun Gong practitioners, ransacking their homes and sending them to labor camps without trial. He aimed and fired his gun at a Falun Gong practitioner who was passing out truth clarification materials, but missed his intended target and mistakenly shot a young female bystander instead. He was sentenced to prison because of the incident. This happened in March 2002 when Jiang issued the order to "kill without mercy," any Falun Gong practitioners found passing out flyers, and to shoot to kill on sight. Under such a tyrannical order and total disregard for human life, the safety of ordinary citizens was also jeopardized.

Wang Nan, is a 30 year old male police officer who often follows and kidnaps Falun Gong practitioners.

Huang Jianzhong, is a 43 year old male policeman who often follows and kidnaps Falun Gong practitioners and ransacks their homes.

Yan Yuesong, is a 29 year old male policeman who frequently kidnaps, detains and takes Falun Gong practitioners fingerprints by force. He also threatens Falun Gong practitioners.

Vicious actions of the "610 Office" Political Committee Member Yu Bin from Shapingba District, Chongqing City

Yu Bin, male, about 35 years old, was appointed as a political committee member for the "610 Office" of Shapingba District two months ago. Yu Bin formerly was a military policeman. After he retired from the military police, he was living in the Daping police compound in Chongqing City. In April and May this year, he went around mass arresting Falun Gong practitioners in South-East Law and Politics University and Chongqing University.

Seventh Squad Police Officer Jiang Hong from Xishanping Labor Camp, Chongqing City

Jiang Hong, is a 21 year old male police officer from the seventh police squad in Xishanping Labor Camp, Chongqing City. He often viciously beats Falun Gong practitioners, striking them down and forcefully kicking them in the head. He uses every means at his disposal to torture Falun Gong practitioners.
