Dafa Practitioner He Wanji from Qinghai Province Tortured to Death

He Wanji, male, 53, was a policeman for the security section of Xining Railway Station in Qinghai Province. Since July 20, 1999, he had been constantly persecuted because he insisted on practicing Falun Dafa. He was sent to forced labor camps twice (see previous report titled "Viciousness at Qinghai Labor Camp Exposed" from http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2001/7/8/11995.html). On December 30, 2002, he was illegally sentenced to 17 years in prison and sent to Haomen Prison in Haibeizhou, Qinghai Province (see previous article titled "Four Dafa Practitioners Involved in the Qinghai Television Interception Incident Are Illegally Given Heavy Sentences" from http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2003/1/15/30924.html). On May 28, 2003, the police suddenly notified his family that he died of a stroke.

He Wanji is the fourth Dafa practitioner who has been tortured to death in Qinghai Province.
