I realized that I still haven't done as Master required. The state and effectiveness of my Fa-study has not been ideal, and thus I always encounter a lot of tribulations. Later I observed that I was not the only one who did not do what Master required. This has caused a negative impact on self-cultivation and on clarifying the truth, and brought about all sorts of problems that should not have appeared. For example, using human notions to judge one's environment, depressed feelings, passive waiting, impatience, carelessness, complaining about practitioners, complaining about everyday people, inability to look inward, becoming dependent on individuals who have power or influence among everyday people and relying on them to progress Fa-rectification. Through Fa-study I realized that these are all human notions. They are indications of our not truly assimilating to the Fa even though we have studied the Fa over a long period of time. Cultivation is a serious matter and its requirement is also very strict. Dafa practitioners must not ignore self-cultivation at any moment, and must constantly be improving one's xinxing (heart and mind nature; moral character).

Here I remind myself as well as my fellow practitioners: let us all do as Master required of us and read Essentials for Further Advancement ten times, of course this should only be undertaken on the basis of studying Zhuan Falun well. Only by studying the Fa every day with a calm heart will we be able to function well during Fa-rectification. Not studying the Fa well would mean doing things with many human notions and attachments that could even unknowingly cause damage. The worst thing is that we wouldn't even be able to recognize the loss, let alone make up for it. We are not everyday people doing things for Dafa, but Fa-rectification Dafa disciples validating the Fa and saving sentient beings. During this final stage of Fa-rectification we must be even more clearheaded and more mature, strictly maintaining every one of our thoughts in accordance with the Fa.
