In December 2002, she was tortured until she completely lost the use of her feet causing her to become disabled. She is now being detained in a small cell to be subjected to further persecution.

Xia Ning, female, is from Huludao City and is currently been detained in the 5^th Group of the 3^rd Brigade. She has been detained in a mini-cell since December 2001. Police officers stripped off all her her clothes and bound her mouth with a rope. She suffered from various means of brutal torture, and she now only weighs between 30 to 35 kilograms.

Wang Wenjuan, female, from Jinzhou City is currently been detained in the 4^th Group of the 3^rd Brigade. She was hung up for four days in December 2002, causing both her feet to become disabled and causing her severe mental damage.
