Dafa Practitioner Wei Hongwei from Heilongjiang Province is Illegally Arrested and Tortured

Wei Hongwei publicly appealed for Dafa and was illegally arrested and sentenced to one year of forced labor education in the Changlizi Forced Labor Camp in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. Due to severe torture, he became very weak. Not wanting to take the responsibility should he die, the labor camp released him in August 2001. Afterwards, he was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution.

It is learned that recently, he was illegally arrested again. The details of Wei Hongwei's arrest are to be investigated.
