More Than A Thousand Falun Gong Practitioners Parade in Chicago' s Chinatown to Call for Bringing Jiang to Justice Globally (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 21, 2003, more than a thousand Falun Gong practitioners held a grand parade in Chicago's Chinatown to celebrate the 11th anniversary of Falun Dafa's introduction to the world, and to call upon people of the world, especially Chinese people, to join in the court of morality and justice and the court of conscience to bring Jiang to justice for his countless crimes.

A group of drummers, practitioners in Tang Dynasty costumes, the Yangkou and ribbon dance groups led the procession. Drummers were full of energy, while practitioners carrying baskets of flowers in ribbon dance and fairy dance groups danced elegantly. Practitioners in the procession looked peaceful and compassionate, conveying Dafa practitioners' good wishes to passersby and those working in nearby shops.

Some large banners with the words, "Falun Dafa is good," "Please help to support Falun Gong," and "Bring Jiang to Justice globally" were prominent in the procession. From these simple words, people received a powerful message.

Since the introduction of Falun Gong from China in 1992, it has spread to more than 60 countries around the world within eleven years, and has obtained over a thousand awards and recognitions. However, out of jealousy and fear, Jiang launched a brutal suppression of Falun Gong in China on July 20, 1999. Jiang instituted the policy to "Ruin their reputation, destroy them financially and annihilate them physically," directly resulting in the torture death of at least 720 Falun Gong practitioners. In October 2002, Falun Gong practitioners filed a lawsuit against Jiang with a US court for the crimes of genocide and torture. Today, Falun Gong practitioners gathered here in Chicago, and one of their goals is to let people learn about Falun Dafa, and clearly see through the true nature of Jiang and join in the court of morality and justice and the court of conscience to bring Jiang to justice.

Practitioners' peaceful, sincere appeals were very touching. A practitioner asked one of the audience members about his opinion on Falun Gong, he said, "Good, very good, the only thing is that the former head of Chinese government doesn't allow people to practice Falun Gong."

People present felt the true beauty of Falun Dafa and practitioners' goodness. Many people accepted Dafa literature and materials that revealed the facts of Jiang's crime of genocide and the lawsuit against him.

An elderly overseas Chinese watched the parade, and said that such a beautiful and traditional parade was the best he had ever watched. He also suggested that the practitioners should hold parades and give performances around the U.S. and the world, and let all people know how good Falun Dafa is, and see the practitioners' goodness and courage. He hoped that one day he would be able to see such a grand parade in Mainland China.

There is a scale in the people's hearts, and before the trial in the human world against Jiang proceeds, more and more people are bringing Jiang to justice in the court of morality and justice and the court of conscience.
