Belated Death Report of Dafa Practitioner Ms. Lu Wenqian of Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, in July 2000

(Clearwisdom.net) June 21^st report: Dafa practitioner Ms. Lu Wenqian from Neijiang City, Sichuan Province went to Beijing three times to appeal for Falun Dafa. At 9:00 p.m. on July 29, 2000, in order to escape her persecutors, she jumped off the train on which police were taking her back to Sichuan Province and died upon impact. Details are as follows:

Dafa practitioner Lu Wenqian, female, born on July 30, 1973, 28 years old at the time of death, was a technical college graduate.

Hometown address: No. 411, Bldg 18, Medical Instrument Factory, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province

Residential address: No. 113, 353 St, Jintang Rd, Shanghai City

Lu Wenqian benefited greatly from practicing Dafa. After the persecution against Dafa began, she stepped forward with determination to uphold Dafa. She went to Beijing three times: February 26, 2000, June 2000 and July 18, 2000 to safeguard Dafa.

After she went to Beijing the first time, Lu Wenqian was temporarily unsteady under high pressure, but she quickly realized the truth and continued on the righteous path after discussions with fellow practitioners. Then she went to Beijing twice more and courageously upheld Dafa. This time, police and other thugs persecuted her. At 9:00 p.m. on July 29, 2000, in order to escape the persecution, she jumped off the train, as related above. The location of her deadly accident was 50 km from Zhenzhou City, Henan Province, near the place named Guandi Temple.

This is one of the countless crimes Jiang's evil force is responsible for. This tragedy has finally surfaced and is revealed before the world after being silenced for nearly three years. Below is a job resignation report written by Lu Wenqian before she went to Beijing to safeguard Dafa. She resigned from her post in order not to implicate her superiors.

Before I came to the company I was a Falun Dafa practitioner. I conducted myself according to the principle of Truth-Compassion-Tolerance, and tried to be a good person in all ways. During the more than one year that I have worked here at Jiangzheng Co., I tried my best to be truthful and do everything well. I didn't fight for reputation or interest. I didn't care about personal gains or losses, and I devoted my efforts to do a good job. I sincerely hope our company will be more prosperous and our country will be more prosperous.

After Falun Gong was first introduced by Mr. Li Hongzhi in May 1992, it touched the hearts of millions of people because of its power of righteousness and the noble principles of Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. Within a short seven years, more than 100 million people became practitioners. Every one of our practitioners conducts him or herself at work and at home strictly by these principles, Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. We try to become practitioners that conform to Dafa's principles and we constantly improve our moral standards. We have benefited our families, our work units and society at large. Every one of our practitioners has truly benefited, physically and mentally. We became healthy and our morals improved. However, the current ruler of China ignored such an ironclad fact and claimed Falun Gong to be an undesirable group. He used powerful propaganda machinery and is deluding all kind-hearted people in China and in the rest of the world with so-called evidence, which is in fact made up. Actually, Falun Dafa is the law of the cosmos. Every true practitioner is an enlightened person who knows the true meaning of human life. If Truth-Compassion-Tolerance is wrong, then what is right?

I am one element of Falun Dafa, and I benefited beyond description of words from cultivation. False reports are everywhere in society. Practitioners who went to the government to speak the truth were illegally arrested and beaten. I have a responsibility and I must tell people the truth. Falun Dafa is not an undesirable group. Falun Gong practitioners are absolutely not bad people. I also know that I must pay a price for speaking the truth; it may be the cost is my life, but I will not begrudge this.

I miss my company and every one of my colleagues, but I cannot sit here in safety and ignore such tremendous slander and attacks against Falun Dafa. I must step forward. I really don't want to leave my company. I am developing my career and achieving self-satisfaction here, but I also know that my trips to Beijing will make many troubles for the company, so I hastily chose to resign in order not to affect my company's future and development. My resignation will cause some losses to our company, but I hope you can understand. I obey my company's decision on my causing inconvenience to the company, and I have no complaints.
