Former Director of a Police Station Severely Injured in a Car Accident

Zhang Pei was the former director of Yuancha Road Police Station in Wenquan Developing Zone of Xianning City. Since July 20, 199, he had been supporting the Jiang regime, and persecuting Falun Gong practitioners relentlessly. Later he was transferred to the Sanhaoqiao Police Station where he continued his crime of persecuting Dafa practitioners. In November 2002, he was in a car accident where a few of his ribs were broken and a third of his lung had to be removed, whereas the two other passengers in the same car were not hurt at all.
