In order to rescue people who have been poisoned by the lies from the Chinese media, we are publishing these incidents as a lesson to draw from past mistakes. At the same time, we warn those doing evil to wake up quickly. The heavenly law will not allow you to continue doing evil deeds.

1. Liu Handong, Chief of the Police Department in Huludao City, Liaoning Province persecutes Dafa practitioners. In May 2002, according to insiders, Liu was patronizing houses of prostitutes, and using and trafficking in drugs. He is currently on trial.

2. At the end of the year 2001, a police vehicle was on its way to arrest two Falun Dafa practitioners to take them to the Masanjia Labor Camp without any justification. This vehicle overturned on a desolate highway. All four policemen inside the vehicle were injured. Policeman Chang, who tortured Dafa practitioners the most, was severely injured.

3. Vice-Secretary of Xingcheng City Political and Judiciary Committee, Li Shoutian, of Huludao City, Liaoning Province has numerous times persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners. He forced their families into hardship and levied huge fines upon them. He was hit by a car on February 16, 2002 and spent 4 days in the hospital for a fractured right lower leg. His medical bill totaled 400 Yuan.*

4. In 1999 Li Changhe, a resident of Gangnan Village, Gangtun Town, Lianshan District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, compiled and presented a skit slandering Falun Dafa at the 50^th Anniversary National Day Celebration. It was broadcast on local television, deceiving many innocent viewers. On May 8, 2002, Li Changhe suddenly became ill during his vacation and died the next day.

5. Mr. Jiao Wanxiang, about 50 years old, is the Director of the Xintaimen Town Police Station at Huludao City, Liaoning Province. He severely persecuted dozens of Dafa practitioners after July 20, 1999. He sent four Dafa practitioners to a labor camp. Falun Dafa practitioners Cheng Guoxue and his son went to Beijing to appeal and were arrested by the police on the way. Jiao Wanxiang physically tortured Cheng Guoxue and his son with a spiked club and an electric baton. He was too tired to continue after an hour of torturing them and went to lay down. He said, "I am so tired, why could I not kill you two?" Later, Jiao handcuffed Cheng Guoxue and his son to a metal pole outside, during the freezing winter, overnight. Falun Dafa practitioners Cheng Guoxue and his son never moved when they were tortured. Also, another Falun Dafa practitioner Zhao Jixue was beaten up by Jiao, with a spiked rod. His face still appeared black and blue after a month. Jiao also illegally detained several other Falun Dafa practitioners without notifying their families. Jiao detained Mr.Cheng and his son at the local police station for 2 months, and then detained them at the town government building because they did not give up their faith in Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance. They went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution and were released unconditionally after 12 days. Jiao extorted 4,000 Yuan from Cheng's family. Jiao wanted to illegally send Mr. Cheng and his son to the labor camp again when the evil further conducted the persecution. With strong righteous thoughts, Mr. Cheng and his son made a safe escape from their arrest under the benevolent protection of our Master. In December 2001, Jiao's car crashed into a tree and he was injured, breaking two of his ribs and a leg. He later said, "I have done bad things. This is my retribution."

6. Zhang Xiaodong, the Deputy Head of Qianwen Town, Suizhong County, Huludao City in Liaoning Province, often made slanderous remarks about Dafa when he went to meetings. His driver Shen Wenyou often reported on practitioners to Zhang, to persecute Falun Gong. He refused to listen to others' kind advice not to do such things. On February 18, 2002, as Shen Wenyou was driving Zhang Xiaodong's family home, their car crashed into a big truck. Shen immediately died. Zhang's two legs were broken, one of his wife's ribs was broken, and their 14-year-old son's face was severely lacerated.

7. Dongxinzhuang Town Policeman Xiang Yonggui, male, over 50 years old, from Xingcheng, Huludao City, Liaoning Province often slandered Dafa. He abducted and viciously beat Falun Gong practitioners. In 2001, while on duty one summer evening, Xiang Yonggui fell down at the local police station and suddenly died.

8. Su Fengkui, a guard at the Nanpiao District Detention Center, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, often carried out Jiang's brutal persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners using violent beatings. In June 2000, he had a sudden heart attack and died.

9. Wang Zhongping is the Anchangba Village Chief in Nuanchitang Town, Nanpiao District, in Huludao City, Liaoning Province. On December 12, 2001, Wang tore down Dafa materials posted on the street and reported practitioners to the police station. Later, during the day, he was assaulted by strangers and seriously injured. He required seven stitches on his head, and his ankle and leg were fractured.

10. Wang Xiaohe was the former Deputy Secretary of Nuanchitang Town at Nanpiao District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. He was in charge of persecuting Dafa and Dafa practitioners for a long period of time. In April 2001, he died of a sudden heart attack.

11. Mr. Liu Zhenping, 56 years old, was a Division Secretary in Liutun Village, Haibin Town, Xingcheng, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. He was extremely aggressive in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners after July 20, 1999. In 2000, Liu Zhenping abducted a female Falun Gong practitioner in her fifties, took her to the local police station, and hit her in the head with a chair leg. Later, he illegally sent four Falun Gong practitioners from his village to a forced labor camp, one after another. In the summer of 2001, Liu became afflicted with a strange illness affecting his vital organs. He died at his home.

12. Zhao Chunxue, the Head of Xiatagou Village, Shanshenmiaozi Township, Lianshan District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, along with Branch Secretary Miao Wenxi and his 20+ year old son Miao Xin, who assists at the local police station, went into a frenzy persecuting Falun Gong after July 20, 1999. As a result of their evil actions, Miao Wenxi was forced to resign. Miao Xin was injured from being pushed from a vehicle while on duty. His skull was fractured. Additionally, his girl friend broke up with him. In August 2002 the Village Head, Zhao Chunxue, died from uremia.

13. Zhang Wenquan, a resident of Dawangmiao Township, Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, frequently slandered Falun Dafa. Falun Dafa practitioners clarified the truth to him, told him the principle of "good is rewarded with good, and evil will meet with karmic retribution." He did not believe this. To collect a reward, he reported Falun Dafa practitioners to the authorities in February of 2002. His neighbor joked with him saying, "Don't do that! People say that persecuting Falun Gong will meet with karmic retribution. The Falun Dafa practitioners will be fine, and you will have shortness of breath." Several days following his evil acts, he had trouble breathing and went to the county hospital to be examined. The hospital put him on oxygen to help him breathe. He spent more than 1,000 Yuan on medical expenses. He died eight days after returning home.

14. Mr. Zhang Xiude, 37 years old, a resident of Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, believed the media's lies about Falun Dafa. He frequently slanders Falun Dafa. He often beats and curses his wife and son for practicing Falun Dafa. His wife told him the principle of good is rewarded with good, and evil will meet with karmic retribution. He not only refuses to listen, but shouts, "People said my leg problem resulted from beating you. I'd rather give up my legs to beat you. See what you can do to me." He forced his wife out the door in June of 2002. Zhang is currently suffering from an incurable disease and has necrosis on both sides - his karmic retribution for committing evil deeds.

15. Xu Shiping of Menglazi Village in Taijitun Town, Huludao City, Liaoning Province wiped away the posted truth clarification signs in order to write words slandering Falun Gong. He destroys Falun Gong books and curses Falun Gong practitioners. His vicious behavior brought trouble to his family. His daughter developed a brain tumor last summer. It cost him 30,000 Yuan, and she has not recovered.

16. Security Section Chief Zhang Wenyou, from the Linghe Mine at Nanpiao Mining Bureau in Huludao City, Liaoning Province is hostile to Falun Dafa. He brutally beat and detains Dafa practitioners. Now he is suffering the aftermath of a stroke.

17. There is an elderly man named Liu living in the Huagongyuejin Building in Huludao City, Liaoning Province. Both he and his wife follow the Neighborhood Administration Office's order to tear up Falun Dafa flyers when they see them. People told them not to do that or karmic retribution will follow. He refused to listen. Now he is suffering from a strange disease. He became scared and started to curse his wife, son, and daughter. His family sent him to the mental hospital but the doctors refused to take him since he does not have a mental disease. He often beats his wife, once lacerating her eyelid, and requiring stitches. Unfortunately, this elderly woman still does not wake up from the karmic retribution and continues to tear up Falun Dafa flyers.

18. In the spring of 2002, Mr. Zhao Hongfu , over 40, a villager from Anchangxian Village, Nuanchitang Town, Nanpiao District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province was hired for 10 Yuan to paint over the words "Dafa is Good" in a village street. In September 2002, Zhao was hit by a motorcycle. Zhao immediately lost consciousness and was sent to a hospital. Afterwards, the motorcyclist escaped, to evade his responsibility. Thus, Zhao himself spent hundreds of Yuan for his treatment.

19. Mr. Ji Xiaosong, 27, party member, is from Anchangxian Village, Nuanchitang Town, Nanpiao District. In December 2001, he cooperated with the village head to remove dozens of 3-meter truth-clarifying banners from electric wires and utility poles. In winter 2002, Ji fell from his motorcycle, severing his left thumb. He was unable to have his thumb re-attached despite spending nearly 10,000 Yuan on surgery.

20. Mr. Meng Xianhe, 78 years old, from Caijiatun village, Nuanchitang Town, Nanpiao District, was deceived by the evil lies since July 1999. He often cursed Dafa practitioners and hated Dafa. Since the end of 2001, Meng has suffered from rheumatic heart disease. He was physically very healthy before, but can hardly manage by himself now. He often cannot sleep during the night, and is in extreme agony.

21. A former secretary, 65 years old, from Huludao City, Liaoning Province would tear up Falun Dafa flyers when he saw them. At the beginning of July 2002, he saw some Dafa materials in a building and reported on a Falun Dafa practitioner. The police set up surveillance near this Dafa practitioner's home for 14 days. Four days after the police left, the man who reported the practitioner to police was afflicted with liver cancer, and died 52 days later.

22. An elderly 70 year old woman in Huludao City, Liaoning Province tore up Falun Dafa materials when she saw them. She told others to do the same. One person replied, "I would not dare do that in fear of karmic retribution." The woman soon developed lumps on her lower back which spread to her lower right arm, the arm she used to destroy Dafa materials. She searched for a cure and finally understood that she had received karmic retribution for her wrongdoing. From then on, she no longer tore up any Dafa materials.

23. An elderly lady who owns a plant in Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province reported on Falun Dafa practitioners many times. She has many times received karmic retribution. She was cheated of 20,000 Yuan, and has developed gallstones and other diseases.

24. Zhang Wanmin, from the Wenquan Government in Xingcheng County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, was in charge of persecuting Falun Gong. He was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease this year and needed a complicated surgical procedure to save his life. The operation cost him tens of thousand of Yuan. His son was diagnosed with uremia, and is in a hospital in Shenyang. Zhang's actions not only brought retribution upon himself, but also harmed his family.

25. Mr. Yang Huaixiao, 60 years old, lives in the Erfomiaozi residential quarters of Sanjiazi Mine, Nanpiao District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. He was responsible for monitoring Falun Gong practitioners, and often tore down truth-clarifying materials. In April of 2002, he reported Falun Dafa practitioners to local officials to have them arrested. One month later, his wife suffered from cerebral thrombosis and became incontinent.

26. Mr. Gao Qiang, is in his 30s, and is an employee of Sanjiazi Police Station, Nanpiao District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. He often slanders Falun Dafa and Master Li. In the Winter of 2001, he was fined 30,000 Yuan for gambling and was dismissed from his job at the station.

27. Ms. Du Guiqin, in her 60s, who lives in Xingchen County of Huludao City, Liaoning Province, was forced to undergo brainwashing at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Following her transformation to renounce Dafa, she didn't realize her grave mistake. Instead of recanting her renunciation as many practitioners have done, she actively collaborated with the evil forces at the city's brainwashing classes to harm many practitioners. In June of this year, she collapsed during one of the classes and was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment.

28. Policeman Zhang Junsheng, a Director at the Department of Political Security in Lianshan District, Huludao City, played an active role in beating Falun Dafa practitioners. He recently received karmic retribution and has been unable to go to work due to constant headaches. The medical treatments have been unsuccessful.

* Yuan is the Chinese currency. The average monthly salary of an urban worker in China is 500 Yuan.
