(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Cao Liangyi, 31 years old, is a Falun Dafa practitioner in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. He was beaten to death by the police in No. 2 Detention Center in Qiqihar City in August, 2002. The details of the death are under investigation.
