"610 Office" and Police Persecute Dafa Practitioners in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa Practitioner Ms. Hu Shumei of Hebei Province, Qinhuangdao City, Lulong County, Chen Guan Zhun Qi Village, 52, was arrested from her home by the Lulong County police on the night of June 11, 2003. The police ransacked her home and robbed her of 10,000 Yuan*. She was also savagely tortured and illegally sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp.

The Lulong police kidnapped Dafa practitioner Fu Libao of Qinhuangdao, Lulong County. The police subjected Fu Libao and two other practitioners to vicious torture.

Practitioners Yang Yuzhu and Yang Yufu were arrested because their niece Sun Yang divulged their address when she could no longer endure the torture applied to her at the Qinhuangdao Public Security Bureau. While at that office they were also subjected to torture. The next morning, while in handcuffs, Yang Yuzhu was forced to jump from the fifth floor and suffered severe injuries. She is currently under guard by the police at the Public Security Hospital. Those directly responsible are Xu Yingbin and Wang Xianzeng.

Dafa practitioner Hua Yanzhen of Qinhuangdao was kidnapped twice and sent to the Tangshan Kaiping District Forced Labor Camp. After escaping, her health was precarious. On June 12, 2003, she was again kidnapped by the police from the Hongqi Road police station. She had been abused to the extent that she could no longer walk and was vomiting blood. She was again sent to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp. Those directly responsible are Hongqi police station chief Zhang Xuezheng and Yuan Xingsheng.

Dafa practitioner Li Ziqing from Qinhuangdao was taken from home on June 13 and severely tortured. Those directly responsible are Qinhuangdao Harbor Public Security Department Unit One's Zhao Huidong, Wang Liguo and Huang Dawei.

Dafa practitioners Xie Jingzhen and Wu Wenjin from Qinhuangdao and Dafa practitioners Mu, Dong, and He and others, a total of several dozen local practitioners, were arrested and tortured.
