Karmic Retribution: An Official who Acted with Murderous Intent to Persecute Kind-hearted People Is Killed in an Accident

started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they
were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind,
law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably established the karmic
retribution they have had or will have to face as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked

County Dies in an Accident The Party Secretary of Chengli Village, Daming Township, Ningcheng County, Chifeng City,
Neimenggu Zhang Jinghe, 53 years old, served as an accomplice for Jiang's regime and brutally
persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners since July 20, 1999. He was busy all day collecting information
and providing it to the "610 Office" [a bureau specifically created by the Chinese
Government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the
Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches.] to be used in persecuting Falun
Gong and the practitioners of Falun Gong. Under the brutal persecution conducted by Zhang Jinghe and
his men, some Falun Gong practitioners were killed, some of their families were broken up, some were
forced to leave home to avoid being illegally detained, and some were illegally detained and
extorted of their life savings. However, Zhang Jinghe was viewed favorably by the Jiang clique; the
Chinese Central Television Station (CCTV) made a special report on him. On May 8th 2002,
Zhang Jinghe again wantonly slandered and framed Falun Gong and its practitioners on CCTV's current
events program. At about 7 p.m. on July 23, 2002 Zhang Jinghe drove an ox cart back home from the
potato field. When he arrived at the gate of his house, suddenly the shaft of the cart hit his chest
and pushed his back against the doorframe. Zhang Jinghe gave a blood-curdling scream and then lost
consciousness. He died in the hospital after emergency treatment failed to save his life. The
Doctor's examination showed that Zhang's ribs were broken and that his heart and lungs were severely
injured. Local residents said that he met with karmic retribution for persecuting Falun Gong. ___________________________________________________________________ [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Deputy Party Secretary of the Dongfang Physical Prospecting
Bureau of Is Stricken with Cancer Deputy Party Secretary Zhang Jiangxiang of the Dongfang Physical Prospecting Bureau of Zhuozhou
City, Hebei Province is an accomplice in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. Recently he has been
diagnosed with lymph cancer. ____________________________________________________________________ [Jiangping County, Liaoning Province] Deputy Head Xiao of the No. One Detention Center
Dies Suddenly Deputy Head Xiao, of the Jiangping County No. One Detention Centre, Liaoning Province, has always
opposed Falun Dafa and has forbidden his family members to practice. Xiao once obtained the mobile
phone number of a Falun Dafa practitioner and reported it to the police, informing them that the
Dafa practitioner was carrying Dafa material. As a result, the practitioner was abducted. One day in
February of 2003, when Xiao was on duty in the detention center, he had a very severe headache, then
fell and lost consciousness. He died on the way to the county hospital. ____________________________________________________________________ [Jiangping County, Liaoning Province] Political instructor of the Guoan Production Brigade, Liu
Yingxuan, Receives Karmic Retribution and Brings Disaster to his Family The political instructor of the Guoan Production Brigade, Liu Yingxuan, actively served as an
accomplice for the Jiang regime to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. He verbally abused and beat
practitioners, extorted confessions, conducted torture sessions, and forced Dafa practitioners to
give up their cultivation. Liu Yingxuan also searched practitioners' homes and confiscated property,
and through extortion illegally took practitioners' money and property. He is responsible for the
persecution of about 100 Falun Dafa practitioners. Liu Yingxuan always uses the persecution of Falun
Dafa practitioners to get promotions and gain wealth. In August, 2001 Liu Yingxuan sprained his
ankle and fractured a bone. He was hospitalized for more than two months. Liu asked his men not to
let the Falun Dafa practitioners know the story, because he was afraid to hear them say it was
karmic retribution.
