Former Guangdong Television Executive Chen Ruichang and His Wife Kidnapped Again

(Clearwisdom.net) According to news received from Guangzhou, the elder brother of Australian citizen Richard Chen, Chen Ruichang and his wife were kidnapped again on June 15, 2003 and sent to the Guangdong Sanshui brainwashing center.

Chen Ruichang, a Guangzhou Dafa practitioner and former Guangdong Television Station Main Editorial Section Deputy Director, was sent to prison for two years for practicing Falun Gong. Due to the combined efforts of the "Global Mission to Rescue Persecuted Falun Gong Practitioners" and Dafa practitioners worldwide, Chen was released before his sentence was up on January 15, 2003 and returned to work at his original post. His wife, Liang Zihui, who had been illegally sent to the Guangzhou Chatou Female Forced Labor Camp for two years, was released on January 15, 2003 so that she could seek medical assistance outside the camp.

On June 15, Chen Ruichang and his wife were again kidnapped by the police.
