Persecution Cases of Falun Dafa Practitioners in Dalian, Liaoning Province

Zhang Cuihua, a fifty-seven-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner from Dalian, is a retired employee of the Dalian Machinery Import & Export Company. She lives at Zhongshan, Jingshang of Zhongshan District and obtained the Fa in 1994.

In November 2000, Zhang was arrested by the police for distributing truth-clarification materials and sent to the Yaojia Detention Center of Dalian. She was released after a month of persecution. Ever since then, the local police kept harassing her and destroyed her peaceful life. The police assigned someone to monitor her. They even verified her handwriting on the envelopes of letters she sent out. The police went to her former company and checked her documented handwriting in order to find out if she had sent out any truth-clarification materials.

Several policemen went to her home and banged on her door on the evening of May 11, 2002. Zhang refused to open the door. The policemen continued to pound on the door and kept shouting, so her daughter had no choice but to open the door. The whole group of policemen rushed in and searched her home.Though they found nothing, they forced Zhang into the police car and fooled her family by telling them that they would just ask her a few questions at the police station and send her back after a while. However, Zhang was sent directly to the Yaojia Detention Center of Dalian and has never been released. She has been imprisoned for half a year.

The local police searched homes and arrested Falun Dafa practitioners Teng Yunqing, Wang Xinfeng and Wang Fengyun from Wawo Town, Pulandian, Dalian on April 23, 2002. These practitioners were illegally sentenced to forced labor "education" for not giving up their cultivation of Falun Dafa. They are being detained and tortured at the Dalian Forced Labor Camp.

We hope Falun Dafa practitioners will send strong righteous thoughts to eradicate the evil persecution completely.
