(Clearwisdom.net) June 5^th report: American citizen Dr. Charles Li, who has been illegally arrested and sentenced to three years in prison by the Chinese government, began a hunger strike in prison on May 27 in order to protect his rights, persist in exposing the evil persecution and not to yield to the evil. At noon on June 3, Dallas Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Richardson City Hall Square to send forth righteous thoughts to support Dr. Charles Li, and at the same time urgently called upon people from all walks of life to extend their helping hand to help secure Charles Li's safe return to America.

Today we were shocked to learn that Dr. Li was force-fed while on hunger strike in prison, and a US Embassy official was not allowed to visit him after driving from afar to the prison. We are deeply concerned about Charles' well-being and safety.

In the past four years, the persecution against "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" launched by Jiang has resulted in the brutal persecution of countless steadfast Falun Gong practitioners. It is reported that more than 10% of death cases of practitioners were caused by force-feeding. Now, Jiang is applying the same method on an American citizen who is so courageous in persisting in his belief. It's easy to see Jiang's evil, debased nature from this matter.

We call upon people with a sense of justice to work together to bring Jiang, the mastermind of the persecution, to justice and to immediately put an end to this persecution!
