Cases of Police Persecution of Dafa Practitioners in Guangdong Province's Sanshui Forced Labor Camp

1. Ms. Hu Jing is a practitioner from Sichuan Province, and is illegally detained in the Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. After the 16^th Party Congress she suffered from even more brutal persecution. Division Chiefs Gao and Wu from the No. 3 Division repeatedly ordered the drug addicts to attempt to carry out violent brainwashing against her. All of her teeth were knocked loose, and she was bleeding from many areas. Her body appeared blue and swollen.

2. Ms. Yang Xizhi from Chaoxian City, Guangdong Province is illegally imprisoned in the Sanshui Women's Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. After the 16^th Party Congress she suffered from even more brutal persecution. Guard Tian Shuling from No. 4 Division carried out brutal and callous torture on her. She was forcibly dragged to the workshop to do manual labor. As she refused to cooperate, her bottom and feet were dragged along the ground and injured. There were bloodstains all the way to the workshop. She was cuffed and hung up,* electrically shocked and brutally beaten. She was also frequnetly put into isolation. The police took turns to continuously attempt to brainwash her. Now she still firmly practices Dafa, although her life is constantly in danger.

3. Ms. Zhang Li is from Hubei Province, and is illegally imprisoned in the Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. After the 16^th Party Congress she suffered from even more brutal persecution. She was forcibly dragged to the workshop to do manual labor. As she refused to cooperate with the evil, so guard Li Xiulan and team leader Chen from the No 2. Team often dragged her to the storage room of the workshop, where they sealed her mouth with tape, hung her up by her handcuffs and then ordered common prisoners Li Xiaohong and Qiao Jiangping to mercilessly beat her. Even when she returned to the cell, usually at about 11:00 p.m., she often had to suffer from the brutal beatings carried out by criminal Qiao Jiangping, who kicked her off the bed, and then from the floor to the balcony. When she was validating Dafa, the prison guards beat her hands so badly they almost fractured her bones. She was frequently isolated and forcibly brainwashed by the police, again and again, without a break. Once she was deprived of sleep for nine days. She was not permitted to use the restroom and was not allowed to change her soiled clothing. She suffered from all kinds of tortures.

4. Ms. Zhou Xuifei is a practitioner from Shenzhen City and is illegally detained in the Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. After the 16^th Party Congress she suffered from even more brutal persecution. In March, her whole body was swollen.

5. Ms. Zeng Ruikun is a college student from the English Department of Foshan University. She is illegally imprisoned in No. 2 Division of the Sanshui Women's Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. Ruikun, who was gentle, kind, and intellegent before, because of the brutal torture she endured for two months, lost all her memory as well as control of her bowels and bladder. She now suffers mental impairment.

6. Ms. Liang Shaolin used to be an engineer in the Maoming Petrochemical Corporation. In Feburary 2000, she was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor, and is illegally imprisoned in the Sanshui City Women's Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. In the labor camp, she was once locked up for seven days in solitary confinement in handcuffs and shackles. She could not relieve herself during those seven days. Ms. Liang also staged a hunger strike without water to protest. Her whole body was bitten by mosquitos, and there was not a single piece of good skin left. She fainted. In March 2002, because she practiced the exercises, she was brutally beaten by some drug addicts on orders from division chiefs Gao and Wu from the No. 3 Division. In April 2002, persons from the "610 Office" * of Maoming City took her away. As of now, she is still imprisoned in a Maoming brainwashing center and is suffering from additional persecution.
