Evil Meets With Karmic Retribution -- Policeman in the Nanqiao Substation of Xinxiang City, Henan Province Suffers a Stroke

Police officer Zhang Xizhi, male, of Jiefang Road Nanqiao Substation, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is around 50 years old. Right before the Spring Festival of 2003 (late January), his body became numb while playing poker with other police officers in the substation. He lost conscious and was sent to the hospital. The doctors diagnosed him as having a stroke. Zhang is now in a vegetative state and cannot recognize anyone. Although he has been released from the hospital, he remains bedridden.

This police substation has detained and tortured many Falun Dafa practitioners under the instructions from its "upper level." One Falun Dafa practitioner who lives in the area under Officer Zhang Xizhi's jurisdiction was illegally detained for an extended period of time. This practitioner's father was dying, so she asked Zhang Xizhi to let her see her father for the last time. Zhang refused her request, and the practitioner's father passed away without seeing his daughter.
