Police in Tuopu Detention Center, Shantou City, Claim, "We Kill Practitioners to Meet Quota!"

After the news that Falun Dafa practitioner Chen Duo was beaten to death by the Tuopu Detention Center (i.e., Shantou City Detention Center) appeared on Clearwisdom.net (please see "Dafa Practitioner Chen Duo from Guangdong Province Beaten to Death By Police" at http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2003/6/16/37019.html), the responsible government branches and officials have done nothing to punish the murderers. On the contrary, they threatened and harassed Chen's family members by admitting, "Your husband was killed by us for practicing Falun Gong. We have gone to a lot of trouble in meeting quota [the given quota of killing Falun Gong practitioners]. How dare you to speak out?! You want to be killed!?" After Chen died, Shantou City experienced thunderstorms for a whole week.

To further block the spreading of the news, and to aggravate the persecution of Dafa practitioners, Shantou City "610 Office"* started again to organize brainwashing classes inside the building of the Shantou City Political and Legal Committee. The "610 Office" has kidnapped many Dafa practitioners.
