(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Ms. Xiao Yafang, 29, from Qidong County, Hunan Province,
was illegally detained by the police for more than two years because she went to Beijing to appeal
for Falun Gong. All kinds of torture in prison caused this healthy young woman to become emaciated
and handicapped. In late June, Xiao Yafang was on the verge of death. The police was afraid to be
held accountable for her condition and released her. They attempted to force her to give them 10,000
Yuan, and eventually extorted 2000 Yuan from her family. More information is being sought through an
investigation.
