A 17 Month-Old Baby Who Fell into a Well Later Declares "It Was Master Who Saved My Life."

(Clearwisdom.net) A story that caused a stir among both the young and old in a village took place on the afternoon of November 24, 2000. An old grandma and her grandson by the name of Wang Guan were playing with another child in a neighbor's yard, when suddenly Wang Guan inadvertently stepped on and collapsed the lid of a well, falling into the over 9 meter (30 foot) deep well. Wang Guan was only 17 months old. The opening of the well was small, and inside there were water pumps, water extraction pipes and telephone lines, so no matter what he touched, he could have faced life-threatening danger.

Immediately, his neighbors called over other people to help rescue him. Many people arrived, including little Wang Guan's grandpa and mother. A young man slid down into the well by holding onto a water pipe to rescue the boy. When the child was lifted out in a basket, his face was yellowish, he was shaking, and he couldn't open his eyes. When people called to him, he would open his eyes briefly, but they would quickly close again. At that time, people all thought that although this child's life was not threatened, he would at least be very sick. However, contrary to expectations, after his mother changed his wet clothes, and after he warmed up, little Wang Guan was back to normal; he was jumping up and down again and was perfectly fine.

It was chilly in November, and this 17 month-old child fell down the well and was trapped in cold water for quite a while, yet he didn't have a fever, he wasn't scared, nor was he wounded at all. It was such a miracle!

Something even more unexpected occurred a year and a half later, when little Wang Guan was three years old. One day, he was sitting on grandma's bed and did the Heshi gesture by joining his hands together, and said: "It was Master who saved my life. After I said thank you to Master, Master left. He didn't allow me to drink water in the well, nor to have any illness."

As a matter of fact, the child's mother, grandpa, and grandma are all Dafa practitioners. Master has said before: "...with one person practicing, the whole family benefits..."
