In order to cooperate with "July 20" activities in Taipei and Kaohsiung, Dafa practitioners in Xinzu held a one-day group Fa-study and outdoor truth clarification activity on July 19, 2003 to call upon kind-hearted people to work together to end the four-year brutal persecution of Falun Gong. It was the fifth week that we held outdoor group practice and truth clarification activities. We truly experienced that predestined people are everywhere.

On July 19, when practitioners from Xinzu County and City arrived at the scheduled site, we found that someone occupied the practice site we had a permit for to sell glass artwork. The practitioners showed them the permit from the police department and negotiated with them compassionately. The practitioners also helped them to move their set up to another site. They felt the kindness of Dafa practitioners through the contact and also knew that we had applied for the practice site and it was a legal activity. We also had an opportunity to further clarify the truth to them.

One of them said that she had seen Falun Gong in the US two years ago when Dafa practitioners were practicing the exercises in front of Capital Hill. Today she saw us practice the exercises again. She asked why the Mainland suppresses Falun Gong, and practitioners then began explaining all facts to her. They talked about the widespread of Falun Dafa and the unprecedented persecution launched by Jiang out of his own jealousy. They also talked about the staged self-immolation in Tiananmen Square, and recently fabrication about beggar murder case. The woman was surprised at the implication system in China, and she could not understand that such a thing still exists in modern society. She supported the lawsuit against Jiang. She also gave us some suggestions on holding activities. We were touched by her kindness.

During the activity, some practitioners practiced the exercises, and some others distributed flyers. We also sent forth righteous thoughts at the top of each hour to eliminate the interference from the remaining evil factors in other dimensions. Shortly after we began doing the exercises, a child curiously asked her mother what we were doing. Her mother told her, "They are doing the exercises." A young man riding a bicycle asked us what we were doing, and why the Mainland suppresses Falun Gong. A practitioner patiently explained to him, and he expressed his understanding and asked for some related materials to bring back home to read. A middle-aged woman riding a motorcycle expressed that she had long wanted to learn to practice Falun Gong. A practitioner gave her brief introduction and told her a practice site. She expressed thanks and said she would go to the practice site with her husband.

The practitioners saw that more and more people wanted to get to know Falun Gong and more and more people were awakening. Many people happily accepted Dafa truth-clarifying literature and read carefully. Some people who initially did not want to take flyers, after seeing that "Jiang is being sued for persecuting Falun Gong" on the flyer, they immediately accepted the flyer and began to read. Some people smiled back to the practitioners after taking the flyer, as if they encouraged the practitioners to go on with their efforts. We believe when more and more people learn about the truth, and recognize Falun Dafa and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," the persecution will definitely end.

We also realized that outdoor group practice is a good opportunity to better clarify the truth to the public. Our outdoor group practice and truth clarification showed that we are dignified and righteous. So In a moment, any lies and fabrications will fall apart.
