1. The labor time set by Changchun City's Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Jilin Province was from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Lunchtime was only ten minutes. Practitioners were already assigned too much work, which led to overtime. The work was heavier for different divisions. For example, chief Guan and chief Li, in charge of production for the No.4 Division, illegally and continuously increased the workload for Dafa practitioners. The task they assigned was impossible to finish. Sometimes the practitioners had to work till 11:00 or 12:00 at night.(note: the Falun Gong practitioners should reject the illegal detention and labor with righteous thoughts.) It was reported by those who know the inside story that the forced labor camp must finish work to equal a 150,000 Yuan production result every month, but because there was no individual accounting for each division, the extra profits were equally divided among the two chiefs. Many guards didn't know this. The same happened in all other divisions.

2. During the last ten days of May, one more Dafa practitioner was tortured to death in No.2 Division of the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp. This Dafa practitioner's home was in the countryside. The forced labor camp withheld the information, and the details are under investigation.

Since June, all Dafa practitioners who gave up the practice because of brutal torture in the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp have gradually become clear-minded and expressed their will to continue to practice cultivation in Dafa. All of those said what they had spoken and written which did not conform to Dafa are totally void. The lawless prison policemen saw all their evil acts ended up in failure, they felt dread but could do nothing.
