Radio Free Asia Reports on the Falun Gong Practitioners' July 20 Activities in Washington DC

(Clearwisdom.net) Radio Free Asia reported on July 20 that on the fourth anniversary of the banning of Falun Gong by the Jiang regime, hundreds of Falun Gong practitioners from all over the world began to gather in Washington DC on Saturday July 19, marking the beginning of four days of activities.

The report said that on the evening of the 19th, Falun Gong practitioners held a concert in the square in front of Capitol Hill. One of the performers was a first-rate actor and singer from China Guan Guimin, who is now based out of the United States. After the concert concluded, Falun Gong practitioners and supporters held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese Embassy.

The report further said that in the coming days, the Falun Gong practitioners plan to hold a march in Washington DC, as well as an experience sharing conference. On Tuesday the practitioners plan to hold a public assembly to raise awareness of the Chinese government's persecution of Falun Gong.
