Masanjia Forced Labor Camp Changes its Name While Continuing to Persecute Falun Dafa Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) In January 2003, the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp officially changed its name to the "Ideology Education School." This large "school" building, which was built with people's hard-earned money, is a concentration camp that is specifically used to persecute Falun Dafa disciples.

Ms. Zhang Yunxia is over 60 years old, but the local police who took her to the labor camp recorded her age as 46 years. Ms. Zhang has endured inhuman torture for two years in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, just for her holding firm to her belief in "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance". Since Zhang refused to curse Falun Dafa and Master Li, guard Huang Haiyan hung Zhang up by her hands and deprived her of sleep. She only receives small daily rations of food with little nutritious value such as one steamed corn bun and a piece of pickled vegetable. The guards often take opportunities to humiliate her.

The labor camp guards, Xue Feng, Zhang Chunguang, Cui Jiang, and Wang Xiaofeng state one thing yet act in another way.

In No. 3 Team of the No. 1 Division, female Dafa practitioners Guo Changrong, Zhou Yajuan, Wang Shuhua, and others have declared many times that the "three letters" [used by the labor camp to indicate a Falun Gong practitioner's giving up cultivation] that they had written before were no longer valid. For that, Huang Haiyan would quickly hang them up by their hands every time or apply other means of torture, constantly attempting to force them to renounce their belief against their will again.

The guards use despicable means to force-feed Dafa practitioners, using corn gruel.. Furthermore, the practitioner is charged 20 Yuan* each time she is force-fed by the guards.

To have their labor camp terms shortened, collaborators ** Lu Chuanxiang, Jiang Lifang, Zhang Yuyan, Liu Cuilan, and others often framed Dafa practitioners in front of labor camp leaders.

The Masanjia Forced Labor Camp authorities often publicize and spread lies. Once, when a television station came to record Dafa practitioners detained in Masanjia going to sleep, the guards took that opportunity to deceive the film crew and reporters. Because we are often forced to work overtime, we often go to sleep very late at night. Then, while it was still daytime, they let the practitioners in one cell of No.1 Team in No. 1 Division go to sleep in the daytime then used that to portray practitioners sleeping at night in a normal fashion. The television crew recorded this obvious deception. When there is an inspection group coming to observe, the guards in Masanjia immediately inform people to begin to "study" the propaganda and brainwashing materials. So what people see and what appears on television are all faked and carefully made up. The real circumstances of Dafa practitioners being viciously tortured beyond recognition has been all covered up.
