(Clearwisdom.net) Paul D. Fraim, Mayor of the City of Norfolk, Virginia, proclaimed July 19-22, 2003 as Falun Gong Days in the City of Norfolk and encourage all citizens to become more knowledgeable about Falun Gong and to participate in activities scheduled during Falun Gong Days.
