Dafa Practitioners Dai Zhong and Shao Dianyin from Heilongjiang Province Suffer From Horrendous Torture

(Clearwisdom.net July 24 report) Dafa practitioners Mr. Dai Zhong and Mr. Shao Dianyin from Hanconggou Township, Fuyuan County, Heilongjiang Province were illegally detained in Jiamusi City Forced Labor Camp for 15 months from 2000 to 2001. In March and April of 2003, they were again abducted by policemen Zhang Sidong and Zhang Shuyi from the Political Security Section of Fuyuan County Police Department, and suffered all kinds of tortures at Jiamusi City Labor Camp. In March, Dai Zhong was beaten so badly that he started to vomit blood and even began passing blood in his stool. He could barely breathe. He was later sent home. Even so, officers from the local "610 Office"* still kept harassing him everyday at his own home and monitoring his daily activities.

Shao Dianyin was beaten until he was on the verge of death. The police demanded that his relatives pay 20,000 Yuan before they release him.

The police at Jiamusi City Labor Camp instigate criminals to beat up Dafa practitioners, because the police would then receive 2,000 Yuan as an "award" for each Dafa practitioner they brainwash. Jiang's regime awards vicious police large sums of money, squandering people's hard earned money while persecuting people.
