Fearing Responsibility for Their Misdeeds Being Exposed to the World, Chatou Labor Camp Officials Transfer Relatives of Australian Citizens to Sanshui Labor Camp

Tang Yiwen, younger sister of Australian citizen Lisa, has been illegally detained at the Chatou Labor Camp in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province for over two years. Upon completing her term, this young and beautiful teacher was not released, and was brutally tortured until she became crippled. Authorities then threatened her family with even more persecution in attempts to coerce them not to tell the outside world about it.

The relatives of five Australian citizens have been detained at this labor camp. Presently at least thirty-six practitioners, some of them being the relatives of the two Australian citizens, Yan Haiyu and Zhang Alian, are still being illegally detained.

After the western media exposed this situation, people from all walks of life have been calling the labor camp and sending overseas newspaper reports to the vicious perpetrators in China. After having the truth thoroughly clarified to them, some people in China also called the labor camp to inquire about the situation. The phone calls from China and overseas shocked the officials in the labor camp. In an attempt to hide their misdeeds and shirk responsibility, they recently transferred Tang Yiwen to the Sanshui Female Labor Camp in Guangdong Province.

Zhou Xuefei, wife of Atlanta practitioner Lu Zhaohui, is being detained at the Sanshui Female Labor Camp. Xuefei is being forced to do long hours of intense labor, and make embroidery products for exportation. Because of being inhumanly tortured for the past two years, she has become nearly blind. Her family's request to bail her out for medical treatment was rejected. Now her life is in great danger.

At the Sanshui Labor Camp, the police incite vicious criminal inmates to torture practitioners who firmly insist on maintaining their belief. During summer, practitioners are tied to a basketball pole under the sun. In winter, they are stripped, tied, and exposed to the cold outside. They are not allowed to go to bed. Instead they are stripped and are forced to sit on the floor. They cannot sleep or use the toilet. Sometimes several perpetrators take turns slapping practitioners' faces. They even torture female practitioners' private parts using sticks.
