This led to the appearance of some lawless mobs that specialized in making profit on lies. With Dafa practitioners' continuous efforts in clarifying the truth and exposing the evil persecution, the lies have been refuted one after another. People who realized the truth no longer believe the lies of Jiang's regime. Particularly in recent months, the covering up of the truth of the SARS epidemic helped people to further see the true nature of Jiang's regime.

Jilin is a big city with a population of nearly 1.3 million. When the SARS epidemic was spreading throughout the whole country, Jilin officials insisted that there was only one SARS case, that the patient had recovered, and that there were no other suspected or potential cases. At the same time these lies were being publicized, Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology was quarantined because of SARS. Hundreds of doctors and nurses were relocated to the city's contagious disease specialization hospital and rushed to the front lines to fight SARS. In the Institute of Chemical Technology hospital alone, seven staff members were dispatched for the SARS fight. The public bathhouse of the railway department was closed because an employee who worked on the Jilin-Ningbo train route and was infected with SARS had been there. Two months have passed and it is still closed, under the guise of being "under maintenance."

The ruthless individuals in the "610 Office," Political and Judicial Committee, Police Department, Prosecutor, Judicial Department, National Security Department and other departments of Jilin City followed the Jiang regime to persecute and torture Dafa practitioners. According to the news spread among the people, in the downtown area of Jilin City alone, 18 practitioners have been murdered. But they hid the truth in order to deceive people, which is no different from their covering up the truth of SARS. The more they try to hide, the more they are exposed, harming both themselves and others.

The city of Harbin in Heilongjiang Province has a population of nearly 3 million. The SARS epidemic has been covered up there for a long time, and even today they are still telling lies; namely, that Harbin is a "three-without" city: without SARS cases, without suspected cases and without potential cases. But according to internal reports, 15 doctors were relocated to the front lines there to fight SARS from the Normal Hospital of Shenyang City Railway Hospital Jilin Branch alone, and the number of relocated doctors from other hospitals and other cities is unknown. As for the number of Dafa practitioners who have been tortured to death, according to news spread among people and disclosed outside, Heilongjiang Province has the most. In particular, the Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin City is notorious for its brutality in persecuting Dafa practitioners. But all the truth of the persecution is covered up and people in the whole city are deceived.

A police officer in the Jilin Forestry Police Department said that fires recently happened simultaneously in three villages in Jilin Province, and "someone" said that the fires had been caused by Falun Gong practitioners. As the lies framing Falun Gong were exposed one after another, people were deeply suspicious upon hearing the news. A police officer asked doubtfully, "Was this done by Falun Gong practitioners?" I told him what the Teacher of Falun Dafa has taught, and that those who genuinely practice Falun Dafa would never do such a thing. He then thoroughly understood and expressed his appreciation.

The lies no longer have a market, nor can they block the brightness of the truth of the universe. Instead, they are merely the reflection of the madness of those villains who produce the lies.
