Mr. Yang Liwen, was a former official of Binzhou City "610 Office"* in Hunan Province. He was the group leader and deputy director of Beihu District's Justice Inspection in Binzhou City. Since 1999, he was transferred to local "610 Office" and witnessed the entire persecution process. He refused to cooperate with Jiang's regime and participate in the persecution. He held up righteousness and showed sympathy for practitioners. He also wrote letters to the upper level government to reflect the truth of Falun Gong. However, before the 16^th Party Congress held last year, he was arrested by the National Security Bureau and illegally detained for a long term.

On June 16, 2003, practitioner Ms. Wu Suqiu was arrested illegally by the police from Xinhua District's Liuying Police Office of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.

At 9:00 a.m. on June 18, 2003, local police precinct arrested 36-year-old practitioner Ms. Sun Lianjun, from Wantun Village of Gaoqiao Economic Development District in Huludao City/Liaoning Province.

In June of 2002, practitioner Mr. Jia Shouxin (who had previously had to leave home to avoid further persecution) was arrested by police, but he walked away from the evil soon after. The police tried to find his whereabouts using all means. At the end of March 2003, Jia was arrested for the second time near the Beijing University. The leader policeman is called Zhao Hu and another policeman's last name is Zhao as well. The detailed information is unknown.

On June 4, Ms. Xiong Wenyi disappeared without notification and her whereabouts are unknown. She told others that police were following her. It is believed that police have illegally arrested her.

In addition, on the night of June 8, Mr. Chen Jun from Jiangxia District of Huhan City; Mr. Wang Xiaoshun from Changchun Park; Ms. Li Youzhen from Wuchuan Apartment; and Ms. Liu Xiaqin were arrested. Their whereabouts are also unknown.

On June 6, five policemen from Xinshi District's "610 Office" ignored public condemnation and went ahead with plans to arrest practitioner Mr. Liu Zhengxue from his home. Police threatened his wife into cooperating, otherwise she was threatened with arrest as well.

In mid of June, practitioners from Zunyi Area received a notice from the head of the local "610 Office" that a brainwashing class would be held in July. The class was to hold three sessions. The first session will start at the beginning of July, the final two sessions will be held annually for the next two years.

Practitioner Ms. Miao Cui, Ms. Zhang Dihong, and Ms. Zhang Lanhui went to Yang Kaihui's hometown to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa. It has been several days since they contacted anyone. According to an internal source in the local police office, many practitioners from Yueyang City were arrested. The details are under investigation.

Perpetrators who participated in arresting Dafa practitioner Mr. Yang Guangyu and forcibly sending him to Fushun City's Brainwashing Center are: Liu BinüCQiu Kaili, Zhang Yuxiu, and Wang Zhanbin.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Huihang from the No. 5 Institute of Guangzhou City's Electronics Information Industry has a son-in-law named Li Huajie. This person used to be a Dafa practitioner but went astray after being brainwashed in Beijing's vicious Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp and even acted as a collaborator and persecute fellow practitioners. In the first half of 2002, Li, the former Dafa practitioner, returned to Guangzhou City and worked at brainwashing Dafa practitioners. He even deceived his wife and his mother-in-law has also been led astray due to his influence. Li told others in Tianhe District's Brainwashing Center that his family members who practice Falun Gong have all been brainwashed by him except his father-in-law, Li Huihang, saying that he feels angry whenever he sees his father-in-law practicing the Falun Dafa exercises. He claimed he would definitely send his father-in-law to a brainwashing center. As a result, in May 2003, personnel from "610 Office" forcibly brought his father, Li Huihang, to Tianhe District's Brainwashing Center for further persecution.

At around 9:30 a.m. on May 23, 2003, guided by an official named Zhao from the community, policeman Zhao from the Gaochengshan Police Station in Dalian City's Development Zone went into Dafa practitioner Ms. Cen Lifen's home with the excuse of checking for SARS. He attempted to force Cen Lifen to write the so-called "Three Statements"** Cen refused. The policeman then called in four young men on his cell phone. Shortly afterward, Wang Yongtao from Wanli Township in the Development Zone also came and together they forcibly sent Cen to Dalian City's Heishijiao Brainwashing Center for persecution.

Wang Yongtao is the responsible person for persecuting Falun Gong at Wanli Township of Dalian City's Development Zone. His office phone number is 86-411-7300579.

It's also said that Ms. Cen Lifen's son-in-law Mr. Li Xingquan was taken to Dalian City's Forced Labor Camp after being reported to police when distributing Dafa truth-clarifying material on January 14, 2003. Until now, police don't allow him to meet with family members. The camp also used collaborators to brainwash him. The leader of the team he is in is a person named Wang, first name unknown. Wang's phone number is 86-411-6859961 ext. 280 or 296.

Ms. Sun Yulian, 64 years old, was reported to police when making Dafa truth-clarifying materials at the beginning of May 2003. She was taken to the Xinbin Detention Center and her home was ransacked. Personnel from the "610 Office" confiscated her Dafa books, cash and a bankbook totaling 9,000 Yuan***. As Sun Yulian refused to give up her belief in Dafa and didn't cooperate with the lawless personnel, a few days after she was detained she was transferred to Fushun City's Wujiabao Forced Labor Camp. She failed the physical checkup and the labor camp refused to accept her. She was then released. However the lawless personnel didn't stop their evildoing. On June 4th, they took Sun Yulian to Fushun City's Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center for persecution. Her situation at this point is unknown.

On the evening of May 28, policemen from Wangdu County arrested Dafa practitioners Mr. Guo Quantai, Mr. Zhao Liguang, and Ms. Zu Junling. They also arrested six unnamed Dafa practitioners from Jiacun Village, Wangdu County. The practitioners are all being illegally held at a detention center.

*"610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
