Details of the Persecution of Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Huixin by Yan Guangliang from Shijiazhuang Railway's Public Security Sub-bureau

Yan Guangliang is the security department chief of the passenger transportation section in Shijiazhuang Railway's Public Security Sub-bureau. In order to gain political capital, he has detained, followed, and framed Dafa practitioners. He has sent them to forced labor camps, and even colluded with the notorious Hebei Provinical brainwashing center to forcibly brainwash them.

Female Dafa practitioner Li Huixin, of the passenger transportation section, and her son Maomao, who is in primary school, depend on each other for living. Li Huixin left home to avoid further persecution nearly two years ago. Yan Guangliang has been sending people to illegally monitor her residence and follow and threaten her young son Maomao. This forced Maomao to transfer schools and change residences three times. But, they still continued to follow and threaten him.

In order to capture Li Huixin, Yan Guangliang once disguised himself in a hospital as a supervisor. As a result, he was regarded as a Falun Gong practitioner and taken to the local police station by the guards in Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp.

This is what happened: Li Huixin's younger sister Li Huiqi was illegally sent to the forced labor camp by Weiming Street's local police station in December 2001 for clarifying the truth to everyday people. She was detained in Group 4 of the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp. Around March 2002, Li Huiqi was tortured to the point of suffocating. Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp hid things and covered it up. They refused to release Li Huiqi on bail for medical treatment. As a result, Li Huiqi became critically ill, and only then was she taken to the Hebei Province People's Hospital for treatment. The doctors and nurses were all shocked by the atrocities of the guards when they saw Li Huiqi. During the time that Li Huiqi was hospitilized, the Shijiazhuang forced labor camp and "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] of Hebei Province feared their atrocities would be exposed. They sent secret agents to stay in the hospital to attempt to seize practitioners who came to visit. At this time, Yan Guangliang attempted to disguise himself and went to the hospital, but he was caught by the guards Qiao Xiaoxia and others from the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp who also wanted a promotion. Even though Yan Guangliang was shouting: "You got the wrong one. I am not a Falun Gong practitioner!", the guards still seized him and brought him to the local police station. The entire incident was despicable and laughable.

Finally, authorities of the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp used the excuse of "reeducation through labor expires, due to be released" to discharge Li Huiqi from the labor camp. They left Li Huiqi, whose life was in danger, in the hospital and never showed up. Her oldest sister Li Huijie rushed around to appeal, but all she got was a "cold shoulder" from the authorities. She could not help but take her paralyzed sister, Li Huiqi, home. At that time, Yan Guangliang and his followers began monitoring Li Huijie's home, in order to seize Li Huixin. They even ignored the fact that Li Huiqi's life was in danger at any time and required care from others. They forcibly rushed into Li Huijie's home to confiscate her personal property numerous times, at the same time they took Li Huijie away for illegal interrogation.

On May 8^th, Li Huixin was kidnapped by the public security department of Shijiazhuang Railway when she was on the way to her oldest sister's home. Then policemen, led by Yan Guangliang, tried to extort a confession from Li Huixin by torturing her for five days with electric batons and hanging her up and beating her. This eventually caused both of Li Huixin's arms to be disabled. Yan Guangliang disregarded Li Huixin's health situation while she was refusing food and water to protest the illegal perseuction. He reported Li Huixin to the "610 Office." Afterwards, they plotted together and forcibly sent Li Huixin to Hebei's Provinical brainwashing center.

It was reported that Dafa practitioner Li Huixin refused to compromise with the evil, maintained the reputation of Dafa practitioner and exposed the evil in an open and dignified manner in the brainwashing center. Since Li Huixin was arrested, she had been conducting a hunger strike to protest the illegal arrest and her health situation was critical. With the support and concern from people of justice everywhere, Hebei Provinical brainwashing center was highly afraid of their responsibility. However Yan Guangliang, Wang Ping from Railway public security department, and others not only did not release her, but they forcibly sent her back to the brainwashing center for further persuction after she had been locked up in a hospital for transfusion for two days.

Currently, Li Huixin still can't eat. One whole side of her body, including the arm, is completely black and purple, and she can't move it. Yan Guangliang, from the security department of the passenger transportation section, and Wang Ping from the Railway public security department are fully responsible for this.
