Dafa Practitioner Xiao Sixian Relentlessly Persecuted by Jiahe County "610 Office," His Wife Tortured to Death

(Clearwisdom.net) Xiao Sixian, 32, is a teacher from the Shiqiao Middle School of Jiahe County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. His wife, 23, was also a Dafa practitioner. Two years ago, the couple was detained at the local police station because of their work in validating Dafa and clarifying the truth.

Two months later, two policemen sent Mrs. Xiao back home. She had been tortured beyond recognition. Upon seeing her family members, she could not stop crying. The police officers claimed, "We didn't beat her." Upon hearing this, she immediately lifted her head with her eyes open wide and said with great force and conviction, "Among all of you, which one hasn't beaten me?"

Mrs. Xiao had been at the edge of mental collapse since being sent back home. She often cried and had severe headaches. One day, about two months after returning from detention, she had a severe headache. She held her head and rolled around on the ground in pain. She passed away in agony.

Mr. Xiao Sixian was eventually sentenced to the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp of Changsha City, where he was deceived by the forced brainwashing into renouncing his beliefs. He realized his mistake after he was released, so he resumed his practice of Falun Dafa. During the Spring Holiday of 2002, Xiao Sixian wrote an antithetical couplet, "Falun Dafa is great," and hung it at the side of the door of his home. He invited many people in the village to his home and told them his persecution story and the truth about Dafa. When the "610 Office"* of Jiahe County became aware of the news, they tried several times to arrest him, but failed each time because the people of the village and his colleagues strongly protested against their attempts and worked to protect him. The "610 Office" then withheld his salary, cutting off his income for half a year. When Mr. Xiao went to the "610 Office" to ask for his salary, they arrested him and sent him to the detention center, holding him there for nine months. On March 3, 2003, he was sent to the city's brainwashing center and forced to attend the brainwashing class there, which was no different than the forced labor camp. Furthermore, 90 Yuan per day was required of every practitioner or his work unit.

Xiao Sixian remained steadfast in Dafa, and the "610 Office" had no choice but to release him. Nevertheless, just one week after Xiao was released, he was detained again and remains detained to this day. His 4-year-old daughter is currently being taken care of by his elderly parents.

*The "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
