Falun Dafa Practitioner Huang Haibin of Guangxi Autonomous Region Abducted for Suing Local Police and 610 Officials
(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Huang Haibin is a Falun Dafa practitioner who lives in Industry Commercial Bank's employee
residential area in Tianlin County, Baise City, Guangxi Autonomous Region. After he was released from a
forced labor camp, he went to Tianlin County to sue his local police station and "610
Office"* for illegally detaining him in a forced labor camp. The court refused to take his
case. The police, prosecutor, and court collaborated with county government officials and his
working unit to pressure him not to appeal. Haibin was not deterred. On July 11, 2003, Huang Haibin
sent his lawsuit statement to Baise City Intermediate Court. The court pretended to accept his
statement. Meanwhile, they sent people to watch him and ordered the Tianlin County Police Station to
arrest him on fabricated charges. At around eight o'clock on July 12, 2003, Haibin was studying the Fa in his home with
five other Falun Dafa practitioners when more than 10 police illegally arrested them and ransacked
his home. Afterwards, he was detained. Haibin did not cooperate with their unreasonable requests and
refused food to protest the police's abuse. Fellow practitioners, please sent forth righteous
thoughts to clear away the factors responsible for this persecution. * "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with
absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary
systems. July 29, 2003
